I was, however, disappointed that no one would step up and be his second in what I'd hoped would be a two-man team. I KNOW he was! This was definitely a team project but, Xavier handled it all! He was a true hardworking, ethical business owner. My request for Unloading Help isn't among his true professional talents. He is skilled at making, building and fixing things. Still, Xavier was kind enough to see that I was in a bind. Trying to find this kind of service HERE while living in Colorado, is frustrating. As he said while he was leaving, "This kind of project isn't what I normally do, but I'm glad I could help you out. Always feel free to ask me if you need something done. If I have the availability, I will help you." The best thing was his follow-up text the next week. He wanted to be sure that things had gone well and I was actually ok. A prince among thieves...is that how it goes? Well, Xavier was a true prince and a lifesaver, for me. Highly Recommend

Don't call them. They came over to do an estimate, and told me they would have the estimate ready…read morein two days. I needed it for my insurance. After over a week, I get a text message asking me to review the services they provided. So I contacted them. They told me my project was too big for them even though is was just a repair after a sewer back up. All the cleaning and treating had already been done by Servpro. I just needed someone to put my floors back in. They weren't going to notify me that they turned down the job. They were literally leaving me in limbo waiting when they knew right away I needed to contact someone else. Now I'm further behind in my repairs because of the time they wasted of mine. If you want to get your project done in a timely manner, contact a different business even if you have to reach out to a further away one.

He's listed with the Chamber of Commerce and the BBB. I would expect more of such. As the saying goes, "you never get a second chance to make a first good impression." I will not be using him.
