He has stayed late, showed up early, and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. One of the issues we had ended up being unrelated to plumbing, but Dave still checked up on us days later to make sure everything turned out okay... nobody but Dave would do that! They treat everybody the same Chad Bruening has been to our house, not once, but twice to look at our fireplace and help us make a good decision for the size of our house. He spent a lot of time with us took measurements showed us which stove would work for our house. At first we were looking at fireplace inserts and then decided on a wood stove, he spent a lot of time on the features of the product and how easy it would be to operate. I truly think this is a great company. I'm very happy that we have them close to our home. Thank you so much to everyone that works there at Bruening heating. Great products at a good value. Believe me, you won't be disappointed doing business with this company. I will be back with before and after photos.

I contacted Serge roofing because I was considering buying a multifamily 8 unit in Quincy. The…read moregentleman I spoke to was Cody. He was friendly and professional and assured me I would get an estimate within the next business day as I had called on an evening so he needed one full day to prepare it. Cody sent his roofer out there and they were able to determine massive structural damage and he was honest and transparent enough to say he did not comfortable charging me for a brand new roof while not addressing the structural issues that would need to be addressed first before any new roof could be placed. Even though we ended up not doing business, I think 99 out of 100 roofers would have probably taken the job taking my money and let me deal with the bad consequences in the future. I like and trust this company and I would recommend them to anybody. They saved me potentially 10s of thousands of dollars. They would rather refuse my business to have integrity than take my money and not have any. Five stars thank you guys so much
