They came to the house when it was convenient for us. They gave us several options to choose from since we inquired about the Mitsubishi ductless units for our upstairs as well. They answered ALL of our questions and even gave us other tips about our house, thermostat and furnace since we'd just moved in a month prior. They were friendly, professional, reasonable, understanding & have amazing customer service.
