Adrian is the owner and skilled operator of Jeffco Fire Extinguisher Service and he quickly affirmed on the phone that he also provided CO2 tank refills at his business. I was able to drop my tank off in the morning and pick it up later the same evening. Of note: My 5lb tank refill cost me just about $30, and due to the age of my tank it required a new 5 year recertification for about another $35 with O-Ring. Adrian and his wife Cindy were very friendly and a joy to have a small conversation with. Adrian offered me some tips and counseling on my planned refills process and even offered me an unexpected but super appreciated small parting gift! I definitely recommend these folks for your CO2 refill needs as well fire extinguishers and scuba tank work as well. Great folks.

I pulled up the Yelp to post a great review about how easy the installation process was, but I read her comments and decided to hold off. It has been a year and AS&E has done great by me. I think they really made an effort to improve based on Amy's feedback. I have had their service for a year, now. I can recall one problem, but they were responsive, and it was remedied, readily. Everyone has been polite and professional. Most of my communications are, actually, with the telephone service that contacts the customer when the alarm goes off. They're great, too. Sometimes, the local office is a little hard to get a hold of, but that's probably because they are out in the field. Overall, I'm very happy I went with AS&E.

I would not recommend Hackett to my worst enemy. Our system has never functioned properly since…read moreinstallation over one year ago. Our representative has failed to find a solution to the issues he has personally acknowledged and Hackett has refused to refund us the thousands of dollars paid for the system. They continue to call for past due balances on monitoring for a system that was not being monitored. The representatives are arrogant, ignore requests and take months to respond. Service (if they answer- which is extremely rare) can literally never fix the issue. I have experienced issues with them for years now in both my homes, two family members have had their Hackett systems removed and switched companies because Hackett is terrible in all respects. Our experience with Hackett is resorting to litigation. Do not ever use Hackett.
