My old windshield had two starburst chips in it that I did not take care of originally. The other day, I turned my heater on full blast, instead of letting it warm up gradually, and the starburst chips turned into very long cracks. I contacted my insurance, which routed me to a website, to file my claim. About 10 different names came up for me to choose. Having never replaced a windshield before, I did not have an idea of who to choose. I immediately went on yelp and researched the 10 names that I was given, along with 3 more names of my own choosing. Out of the 13 requests I sent, through yelp,I received a reply from 11. Out of the 11 replies I received, which were mostly just dollar amounts it would cost, I received a detailed and descriptive reply. Not only did it tell me the cost but it also told me roughly the amount of time it would take to replace and what warranties were included. This was the only reply I received like this; It was from Crystal Clear Auto Glass. Like most, I was hesitant to deal with a company that did not have reviews yet but the professional way in which I received a reply told me that I should take a chance with this company and I'm glad I did. All of my follow up questions were answered very quickly and very professionally. I set up the installation on a day and time in which would not be raining and they showed up, to my work, 15 minutes early, to look over my vehicle and assess the damage. The process was very easy, painless and professional. They told me What they were going to do before, during and after installation. Not being one to look over someone's shoulder while they work, I left them to it. They called me at the time they said the process would be finished. I came out to my car to find a new gleaming, crack free windshield installed. They gave me some tips on how to make sure the adhesive cures properly, over the next few days, and told me if I have any problems, to contact them immediately. I am exceptionally pleased with the level of service and workmanship they provided and would recommend them without any hesitation.
