Zach just drove off and I could not be happier with the work he did. He let me know when he was going to show up, confirmed the time that morning, and was prompt. Before installing the glass, he eyeballed it one more time and realized the database was wrong (glad he could spot that before he took off the old windshield). This was not his fault - he followed the manufacturer's recommendation - which was wrong. He called around and was able to get the right windshield and came by the next morning to put in the new windshield. Zach was attentive to detail, never got frustrated and when above and beyond to make sure we were happy with his services. I HIGHLY recommend him!!! read more

Crystal Clear Auto Glass - New windshield installed by Zach - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me - Quincy, Illinois

I got a chip in the windshield of my brand new car. My other half finally told me to get it fixed before it got any bigger as I was totally ignoring the issue. Yesterday I called a few companies that fix chips. This morning Zach called me back, he was the only person to return my call out of 6 companies...... He came over within 10 minutes of our conversation, was incredibly pleasant as I talked his ear off while he was fixing the chip, even wore a mask which I was very impressed with as people seem to be relaxing with the masks ( I sincerely appreciated him being safe) and it only took 10 minutes. I'm assuming the price was reasonable as I have never gotten this done before and never priced it with another company. As well, he guarantees his work. If you need a chip repaired or any glass on your car I highly recommend calling Zach! read more

Zach and company were amazing! I needed a windshield replacement, and their prices were comparable to other local companies, and much lower than national companies. His overall responsiveness and professionalism made me select them. I contacted them Friday and was able to schedule an appointment for the next Monday. However due to the bad weather we couldn't replace it that day, but Zach was quick to act and rescheduled the appointment. They came on time and worked quickly. Overall their service was perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair or replacement. read more

My whole passenger front window got smashed in so I was so appreciative for their responsive service. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day as early as 8:30am. It's great that they provide mobile service where they will come to you, so I didn't have to worry at all about moving my car with a smashed window elsewhere. Service was quick and thorough. The repairman even cleaned out all the broken glasses from my passenger side. Overall, they quickly fixed a stressful situation for me quickly for a good price. Would definitely use their service again if anything happens to my auto glass. read more

My old windshield had two starburst chips in it that I did not take care of originally. The other day, I turned my heater on full blast, instead of letting it warm up gradually, and the starburst chips turned into very long cracks. I contacted my insurance, which routed me to a website, to file my claim. About 10 different names came up for me to choose. Having never replaced a windshield before, I did not have an idea of who to choose. I immediately went on yelp and researched the 10 names that I was given, along with 3 more names of my own choosing. Out of the 13 requests I sent, through yelp,I received a reply from 11. Out of the 11 replies I received, which were mostly just dollar amounts it would cost, I received a detailed and descriptive reply. Not only did it tell me the cost but it also told me roughly the amount of time it would take to replace and what warranties were included. This was the only reply I received like this; It was from Crystal Clear Auto Glass. Like most, I was hesitant to deal with a company that did not have reviews yet but the professional way in which I received a reply told me that I should take a chance with this company and I'm glad I did. All of my follow up questions were answered very quickly and very professionally. I set up the installation on a day and time in which would not be raining and they showed up, to my work, 15 minutes early, to look over my vehicle and assess the damage. The process was very easy, painless and professional. They told me What they were going to do before, during and after installation. Not being one to look over someone's shoulder while they work, I left them to it. They called me at the time they said the process would be finished. I came out to my car to find a new gleaming, crack free windshield installed. They gave me some tips on how to make sure the adhesive cures properly, over the next few days, and told me if I have any problems, to contact them immediately. I am exceptionally pleased with the level of service and workmanship they provided and would recommend them without any hesitation. I would imagine a lot of people would go with a company that advertises on TV, a.k.a. flashlite, they were not even half as informative in their reply through Yelp; bigger is not always better. read more

Just had our Honda Odyssey's windshield replaced. The entire process from start to finish was friendly, professional, courteous, and kind. Zach even coordinated with the Honda dealership to have my windshield calibrated due to the collision detection features in the van. Called and got me an appointment with them. Just above and beyond service. No need to ever use any other auto glass company. This was absolutely perfect. Windshield looks brand spanking new and it was done right here at my house. Couldn't ask for anything more! Easiest 5 star rating I've ever given. Thanks Zach! read more

My wife drives a new high end Lexus. When the windshield was cracked by road debris, we were afraid for what the windshield replacement might cost with all the new gadgetry, sensors, and heads up display. Zach was a pleasure to deal with. We got several quotes and they were all within the same range so we decided to go with Crystal Clear and Zach to replace our cracked windshield. He scheduled us for a day later and showed up promptly with replacement windshield en tow. We offered to take down the front car camera but he said he would do it. Not even a couple of hours later, the new windshield was installed and the camera was reaffixed. One of the smoothest business transactions we have ever had. We recommend him wholeheartedly. Thank you Zach for being such a professional! read more

I needed to replace the windshield on my wife's Toyota Highlander and the front passenger window on my Ford F-150, so started looking at online reviews and calling local shops for quotes. While I had to leave messages for the first two shops I called, Zach quickly answered my call and questions, so my decision was made to go with Crystal Clear Auto Glass. In hindsight, it was a great decision! The cost for both installations combined was actually less than the quote I received from a dealership for one of the two vehicles. I scheduled the installations for the following week on the same day, and Zach arrived promptly. Zach did an exceptional job on both installations, completed both of them quickly and professionally, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. If I'm ever in need of a vehicle glass replacement in the future, Zach will be my first and only call! read more

I shopped around for the best quote on a windshield replacement and yelp lead me to Zach. I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism, pride in his work and overall customer service. When my appointment day was 35+ mph winds and he had to reschedule for safety reasons and prevention of possible damage to my car, Zach showed up on a Saturday to fix my windshield that could have waited until Monday.
