I called the next day and was told to return it. (A 200+ mile round trip). After almost a week I called to inquire about my refund and was told I could only get 1/2 of it back. Their own receipt states a 25% restocking fee. This part was $400. After a heated discussion with the owner he relented and agreed to honor his companies policy and refund 75% of my initial cost. He states that since I accepted it he didn't want to refund any of it. The part had hidden damage that was only found upon disassembly. I feel a full refund is in order. I even helped his yard man remove the parts. Another of the parts I purchased was an HID head lamp assembly. The bulb($88) and transformer were broken. I was offered no discount for this part. The only part I had no problem using was the fender. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY, and warn others to check what you are buying before accepting it. One other way would be to purchase with a credit card so you can dispute the charges. Lesson learned. Credit card only when buying parts. If no stars was an option I would choose that.

I won't be going back, I'll be going to AutoZone across the street in the future.

I was quoted $60 to install the cover and I agreed to also have them line-x my truck bed. Keep in mind they do sell and install tonneau covers at this location so they are supposed to know what they are talking about! When I picked up my 2014 F350 ( I only add this so its clear this was all NEW equipment I wasnt asking them to deviate from the simple instructions by doing a "custom" installation) the cover was not seated correctly on the seals and was out of square with the rails by 3/4". The clamps provided were also not tightened nor did they use the recommended loc-tight on the bolts they did actually tighten. They also put a VERY hard to get off Line-X big yellow sticker on my back window!!!!! Who does that! Did you see any other stickers on my new truck?? NOPE but you sure do now! When we went inside to pay the bill the guy says it was $200 to install the cover because he put 3 guys on it and they couldnt figure it out. HOW THE HECK IS THAT MY PROBLEM! I dont pay to train your technicians you do and if you couldnt do the work DO NOT SAY YOU CAN! His attitude when I said can you get the sticker off and square up the cover was "You can peel it off with your finger" and " That is a really hard cover to install" . Not Im sorry I defaced your vehicle and no problem we should have fixed that before you arrived. DO not use this business for anything unless you want to overpay for mediocre and disappointing work.

Eric took ownership of my extensive problems with a dud car known as 2025 Honda CRV hybrid. Bad fuel injectors, crack in piston and more sent this car to the shop several times for many days. Do not recommend this car. I do recommend Eric. He is top notch. He kept me informed almost daily of the car repair status. He really took it upon himself to take care of me. I cannot speak for the rest of the repair staff but Eric shines! FOLLOWUP: In order to rid ourself of further problems with the 2025, we traded it for a 2026 CRV based on reports that the 2026 was a much better car not beset by the 2025 problems. We dealt with Kunes again. Pleased to report they gave us a fair deal on the trade. I say fair becuse they knocked a few hundred bucks off the MSRP which is about all you can expect on a high demand car like the CRV.The sales rep, BEN, was topnotch. He was professional. No pressure. Process went smoothly. I don't fault Kunes for the manufacturing errors. We drove away happy and hopeful. Thanks BEN for your assistance

We found out this was a Honda CR-V recall that was supposed to have been repaired in December (was it not? Did they not think to check on this when I informed them of starting problems in December?) 7/1 Air conditioning "wheezes when turned off 7/1 steering "clicks" audibly and physically (felt through steering wheel) when turning 7/2 Kunes tells me the steering is definitely going out, repairs will cost $5,000 to repair. Kunes and Honda refuse to help with cost. Added note, the last time I bought a car from them, my mechanic looked the car over before I purchased, told me to have front end work done before purchase (something in the control arms, ball joints, tie rod ends, struts/shock absorbers, and sway bars). Kunes completed the work but I had my mechanic check their work, he told me to bring it back to Kunes and tell them to FINISH the job . . . I should have known then not to purchase another vehicle from Kunes.
