I got a caramel popcorn that was PHENOMENAL and would definitely go back again soon. I think it's a really great place for a gift or a fun addition to a charcuterie board.

The recipes have been updated and the cheddar popcorn I tried was absolutely divine. The cheese flavor is strong and savory, without tasting fake. I can't wait to try more flavors. The popcorn was crisp and fresh, and not at all stale. I also had the GR mix, which is white cheddar and caramel - super delicious. The caramel isn't the super crispy coating you might be used to but I think it's because they don't use high fructose corn syrup. You can tell it's real brown sugar. They also introduced some more products for sale, including popcorn making supplies, local snacks, and gifts. It's definitely a one stop shop if you need a gift for a food lover! The bags of popcorn come in varying sizes, with the smallest bags starting at around $6. They also installed a Brix soda fountain option so I tried the pomegranate lemonade, which was perfectly sweet and lightly carbonated. Service by Pepper was incredible - so sweet and kind. I will definitely be stopping by for more popcorn again soon!

I'd received gifts from the shop before so I finally made it there to purchase something for a popcorn-loving friend for her birthday. This family owned business has been around since 1944! They offer freshly made popcorn in 50+ flavors/combinations with both savory and sweet options. I bought a bag of chipotle white cheddar, but also considered the churro popcorn, pina colada, birthday cake, and peanut butter flavors. The chipotle white cheddar popcorn was amazing. Definitely one of the best packaged flavored popcorns I've had - ever. The popcorn stayed crisp and fresh for several days after opening and was buttery tasting and delicious. I can't stop thinking about it so I'll have to get more soon! The store also carries lots of great gift baskets, popcorn supplies for home and for wholesale: popcorn poppers, lots of different types of popcorn containers/buckets/bags, kernels for popping your own at home, oil and seasonings, etc.! They will even help you create a popcorn bar for your events - great for weddings, grad parties, and other get togethers. I was really interested in some of the unique kernels they have available as I love making popcorn at home - the baby white rice variety might come home with me next time. I love the small 4 oz bags of kernels that they have, which is what I bought for my friend. It's the perfect amount to sample the different varieties to find your favorite. The employee who rang up my purchases was super polite and friendly, and then the best part - I was asked if I wanted some freshly popped popcorn to go! A free little treat that made my day. I definitely will be back. Hours are a little limited as they are only open on weekdays, but it's worth a visit if you can make it happen and love popcorn.

They've been here a few months and if you ask me, the key to their success so far is that delicious popcorn!!! Our favorite is "charamel" which is a caramel cheese mix with both flavors on 1 kernel- like a caramelized cheese corn!! Sounds weird at first but it's addictive! They of course have other flavors and appear to roll out new concoctions from time to time. Just tried their jala-ring charamel, which is their charamel with a zip of jalapeno flavor! They also have a drink cooler and sell sizes from a small individual bag to a massive jumbo bag. I saw over the holidays they did tins too. Their prices are extremely reasonable. This is a great place to stop in for an inexpensive snack or treat or to pick up a gift. I hope this business keeps going and growing! If you're in the area, it's a must stop... but be careful because once you try it, you'll be unable to go down 28th street without popping in!

I love being able to learn about local farmers, artisans, and experts in town. They offer several options to exchange funds and many of the vendors take multiple payment options. The social media accounts will often tell you what vendors will be at the market each day and I think that can be really helpful! There's free parking which is really nice but the market does get busy VERY quickly. I know the Saturday markets during the summer can be suuuper busy so I'd recommend going early or knowing you may need to walk.

I grabbed some baked goods and some handmade goods as well. The vendors do have bags but I recommend you bring your own. Some take cash, all take credit. There is some cover if there is rain. Everything is nicely packaged and labeled with ingredients. The popcorn, available in both sweet and savory flavors, tastes great--much better than that break-your-teeth stuff you can buy in bulk at the grocery store. Around $3-$6 for a small bag that one person could finish by himself, the offerings are pricey. Again, I only shop here for special occasions. I love that they also carry a small selection of specialty sodas. I drink pop almost never, but if I see a unique flavored pop in a bottle, I'm suddenly all about it. Here I've found Jones Soda flavors I've never seen before. They also sell greeting cards. See? A very present-friendly place. I've always received excellent customer service. The employees are friendly and available to answer questions. You are able to sample any of their popcorn flavors. I do wish they were more proactive about serving their caramel apples though. I bought one and asked "Can you cut it up?" The employee responded, "Yes, that's how I'd eat it." You missed my point, sir; I wanted to know if you could physically cut my apple so that I could conveniently eat it on my way home. Oh well.

The buttercream frosting was super sweet, so we probably could have split one and been happy. I love that they have gelato flights! I didn't see any pricing posted for the treats when we visited, but the total was just over $10 for the two cookie sandwiches. They are handmade (vs. frozen and shipped in) so that makes sense.
