I got a single scoop, but you have many options in how you'd like your ice cream presented. Many Yelpers have listed the options, so I won't list them all here! But basically, if you decide to get a scoop with a cone, you can get a single, Jersey (which is 1.5 scoops), or a double scoop. I did like the idea of the Jersey scoop, since you could have one big scoop of one flavor, and add half scoop of another to lightly compliment your initial pick. We sat outside (there are benches) and just people/dog watched, but there is an indoor that looked pretty cute where you can have your ice cream as well. There is street parking. It's been an institution for decades…read more Captain Sundae not only has all the sundaes to choose from, but also they have various sizes, including a junior size. I really, really appreciate this option because sometimes I just want a smaller sweet treat. On one of my more recent visits, I ordered their cookie dough bomb, which--as advertised--has more edible cookie dough than ice cream. It's delightful, and I hope it's here to stay on the menu.
