I messaged the top 3 auto glass repair businesses near my area, all 3 had 5 star ratings and out of the 3, only two were very responsive to my inquiries even though it took me a month to respond back to their replies. All 3 were also close in pricing, but the main reason why I went with Mosaic is because they had more hundreds more reviews than the two that I got pricing on. It only made sense for me to go with a reputable/established business for a little more cost than to maybe regret going with a cheaper offer from a newer business. Can't recommend Mosaic Glass highly enough- after two months of my insurance company insisting I use their preferred company (despite hundreds of disastrous reviews), I found Mosaic Glass ! Brandon was able to help get their attention and he replaced the windshield and recalibrated my 2019 Subaru Forester- in 45 minutes- and I only needed to pay my deductible! Other companies estimated it'd be three to four days after they received the glass-- no one had it in stock. Subaru's price was $1300 over what insurance would pay even after my deductible. One company insisted there was no such thing as a warranty while another said my car wouldn't need the two recalibrations- which even I knew was false. My son's cracked windshield got worst so I decided to have it replaced asap. I went online and got quotes from different auto glass companies and the best one I got is from Mosaic which is in Northridge where Costco is, next to oil change station. I gave Brandon via text the Vin number so he could determine the windshield that was needed and set up appointment on a Saturday morning. The directions he gave me was precise and he was right on schedule. I pulled up next to the red curb and he introduced himself. He then started working on my son's car and wasted no time. The whole process took about 45 to 50 minutes and told me not to have it washed for a couple of days and not to remove the blue tape til the next day. Paid him cash and gave me a receipt.
