Very easy to schedule and overall really good price. The tech did a great job replacing my windshield and made it so easy to come to me and all I had to do is pay at the end. Very good experience! read more

Summary: Technician came unprepared without the correct part, then company stopped responding when I requested they fix installation issues. Full Story: My driver's side power window got stuck down. Their technician arrived but didn't have a fully compatible motor (his replacement lacked auto-up/down functionality). I also noticed while the technician rooted around for a compatible motor that all of their motors appeared to be used. When the technician manually powered my old motor (bypassing the switch), it wouldn't raise, confirming replacement was necessary. Since I wanted a fully compatible motor and was worried about the durability of a used one, I drove to O'Reilly (with my door panel off) and purchased a new original equipment motor while the technician waited. He installed it, but immediately the window malfunctioned: it would drop halfway after reaching the top and wasn't responding properly to the switch. The technician tried troubleshooting but concluded it was an electrical issue beyond his expertise/scope and left. I researched and replaced the window switch myself, which fixed the responsiveness issue. However, I then discovered two new problems: a loud clicking/hiccup when lowering the window halfway (see attached video, turn audio on), and the anti-pinch safety feature not working (in hindsight, likely due to the technician directly powering the motor to diagnose why it wasn't responding to the switch and messing up its calibration). I contacted Gilbert to request a return visit or discount. He initially refused warranty coverage since I'd supplied the motor, though I pointed out I only did so because they arrived without the correct part and offered to send him video of the problems, which he was not interested in. Eventually he agreed to send a technician and charge me for the labor if it wasn't their fault. I accepted but after having to follow up multiple times to get responses regarding the details and set a time, I gave up. Ultimately, I fixed it myself: a clip securing the motor's wire harness was broken (likely during installation, though the plastic was old and brittle) causing it to hang into the window's path. In the technician's defense, if my window switch had been working, he probably would have noticed and fixed this himself. Still, the broken clip appears to have resulted from the installation judging from scratches on the previously untouched inner door panel. read more

I had my rear back window shattered while it was parked at work. I was recommended this place and so glad I did! I called and they were able to come same day to my work location and I'm so glad I was able to get it fixed. Took about 30 minutes for them to fix. Overall my total was $375 (cash) for the back windshield which was amazing compared to higher prices from other places. Thank you for such a easy and smooth experience read more

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I originally went to get a quote from one of the big-name national brand, assuming they'd have the best pricing and offer mobile service. They gave me a quote, and then--surprise!--they "recalibrated" the price to 4.5x the original number. Nope. Frustrated, I jumped on Yelp to compare pricing and availability. I was willing to pay double for quality and convenience, but 4.5x? No way. That's when I found Mobile Service Auto Glass--and let me tell you, it was the best decision I made. They were quick, fair, and the best part? They had a technician with the exact windshield for my Porsche ready the same day, within just a few hours! The professionalism, communication, and value blew me away. I'm absolutely ecstatic with how everything turned out. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate--HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

Convenient and wonderful service! My automatic window stopped working and I thought it was the motor so I purchased a replacement and called mobile service auto glass to do the install. I was quoted a price and set up an appointment for the install to be done on my driveway. The technician, Francisco, arrived as scheduled and tested the new motor and discovered it wasn't the motor, it was the switch that was broken. I purchased a new switch within the hour and Francisco came back out the same day and quickly installed it. The window works again. Pricing was competitive but conveniences everything. I would use them again. read more

Super fast and high quality service. My driver side window was cracked after someone tried to break it. A technician came out the same day I called and fixed it (by replacing it) in about 30 mins. Very fair price. I will call again if I ever need a window replaced. read more

These guys were super professional, punctual, transparent, and thorough. I needed a fix ASAP after a rock hit my windshield during a road trip; the cracked leg was expanding rapidly over the last few days and I searched for a reliable company who could service what I needed: affordable, drive to your home, and punctual. I connect with Mobile Service Auto Glass and their team knows what they're doing. The owner was honest and transparent about how pricing works and provided an accurate ETA to my home. 5/5: would recommend to others and will come back again if needed. Thank you guys. read more

I submitted a request for a quote. Company responded super quickly. One of the more reasonably priced quotes I received, especially since they come to you. I was slightly inconvenienced because the driver got into an accident and we had to reschedule my appointment. The person who arrived called to give a heads up with his ETA. He was friendly, communicative, and fast when it came to fixing a chip in my windshield. I would definitely use again. read more

After noticing a small chip in my windshield that appeared to be spreading, I called for service. They scheduled a visit for the very next day. The technician was highly professional--he protected my car's hood with a towel, filled the crack, and finished by cleaning the window. Great honest advice explaining that recalibration is not always needed, very good price, showed up here at the house, early even, completed the work in 40 minutes. Sensors in the car work just as before. Very pleased. read more

Fair prices and a quick turnaround. These guys came through and fixed my RV window after multiple break-ins.

If I could leave zero stars I would, they quote me a time and price then turn around and say they can't do it, just a little over an hour went by as I was still looking for other quotes. I then text to confirm they can take cash and the total Amount and then they say they don't have anyone available until 2 days from now. If you can't keep up with the demand, don't quote people, I wasted time thinking I had a time set up and missed other opportunities. My advice is find another shop, not only are they're prices about $10-$20 more than other local shops but they're this unprofessional, no thanks! Take your business elsewhere fellow yelpers!!! read more

Updated Review: Gilbert reached out and sincerely apologized for the missed appointment and reassured me that the rescheduled appointment was 10000% confirmed and at a discount. They quickly dispatched a service tech to replace my broken windshield and it's great! I'm glad Gilbert was able to address my concerns and I'm very happy with the service received :) I'm hoping that I don't need to replace another windshield anytime soon, but if I do then I'll make sure to use this service again :) read more

I have nothing good to say about this place! Only Great things to say! -Communication- Great! Gilbert responded right away to my request. Was very patient with answering all my questions. Even stayed in constant communication while he was away on vacation! -The price quoted to repair my window regulator- Great! Other places were (unfortunately for me) a bit out of my price range (due to recently moving) but Gilbert was able to ease the stress on my wallet. -Date/Time set- Great! Very convenient -Technician- Great! Francisco, so polite and professional, called to let me know he was 20mins out. As soon as he arrived he went right to work! He let me know it would take about an hour. He had it repaired and working perfectly 45 mins later! He left everything clean and made sure nothing was out of place. He also told me if any problems were to arise to call them and he would come back out and correct the problem (if any). I absolutely appreciate that! I believe the work he did was fantastic but even with great work, things unexpectedly can happen. It shows me that they stand by their commitment to quality service. Overall, I absolutely recommend due to my experience and service with Gilbert and Francisco! Great serve guys. Thanks again! read more

Windshield unfortunately cracked and had to replace it. Looked around on Yelp for places to get the job done without obviously breaking the bank. Stumbled on this place and requested a quote, they replied within a decent time window and set me up for an appointment. For what this place offers in my opinion they were more price friendly; -They come to you -Super fast and super friendly service -Lifetime Warranty on Workmanship It was a fairly easy decision to choose this place over others. Cesar showed up, explained exactly what he was gonna do, completed the job in less than an hour and explained proper care for post-windshield replacement. FYI they offer "$5 off Windshield Replacements" when you "check-in" through Yelp, total came out to $220 cash. Thanks again Cesar, Muchas Gracías Cesar. read more

I don't usually leave reviews unless the service was fantastic OR awfully bad. The service I received was exceptionally fantastic!! I visited Getty Center and got myself into a pickle by shattering the rear window of my vehicle. I called in several places for car window repair, and this business stood out among 5 businesses I called - they gave a quick quote, and were so awesome through the final delivery of service, all on the SAME DAY!! Gilbert, customer service rep, was very helpful and super friendly, explaining the service procedure and giving quote. Jason, the service technician, was also very friendly, did a thorough and speedy job with the glass replacement. It's hard to believe that this place quoted the lowest, and also kept their initial quote with NO surprise "extra/hidden fees"!! I'd recommend this business to anyone that's looking for car window replacement service. What a value for the money! Thank you so much for being so awesome, you saved my day!! read more
