Second time I've brought my cars into Auto Fast Glass. They have been professional, fast and very courteous. From the person who answered the phone (I don't remember her name) to the techs installing to Murdoch, the owner. Small touches like removing the barcode stickers on my old windshield and leaving it for me on the dash. I had completely forgot to mention it but they took care of it without me asking. I called ahead for an appointment and was in and out very quick. They replaced my dashboard window for the same price quoted over the phone. They did prefer to be paid by cash or zelle, so just be prepared, or ask if they accept credit before if you plan to charge it. read more

We were told by a dealership that we had a windshield leak and it would need to be replaced. We had Auto fast come out to us and when I explained what was happening the tech did some investigation and found it was the roof rack leaking, not the windshield and didn't even charge us for the visit! If you are starting your search to get your glass repaired you don't need to look any further. Their name tells you half the story - they repair glass fast. I got a rear passenger window replaced on my Jeep in about an hour. The other half of the story is that they are cheap. I paid less than I expected here. I broke the glass on the back of my 2022 Trailblazer. When I phoned my insurance, they suggested SafeLite, whom I called. It was going to be over a week before they could fix the issue for me, so I made some more inquiries and fount these guys. It was a Friday afternoon about 1pm, and they said I could bring my car right in, they could get the glass, tinted like I had, right away! It even turned out they were a little bit less money than the other company!!! So I went right over and they changed it out while I waited. It took about an hour and a half and I just waited in the office. The owner and the office manager (Lorena) were both terrific and the work was perfect! I couldn't have asked for anything more. My wife's car was broken into this afternoon, and we were needing to replace the back window quickly. The Auto Fast Repair peeps booked us an appointment in half an hour and replaced the broken widow within 15 minutes. Moreover, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They even vacuumed the broken glass from the back seat. The owner of the shop personally removed the stickers from the new window. This guy Murdock ,installed a windshield on my car. When the rain came my car got completely flooded . I brought the car to him and he indeed confirmed that the leak came from the windshield. And then tried to fix it . He tried to get all the water out but the car is still soaked and smells like mold. He refuses to give me his insurance info and refuses to cover the cost of the damage to the car. Small claims court here we come!! DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!!! I chose them because they quoted me the lowest price for windshield replacement - $250 cash. Once I arrived, he honored that price for the glass but then told me he needed to charge me $29 for a seal which looked completely fine. He pointed out other seals which were damaged (which he didn't replace??), so not sure why the one that appeared fine needed to be switched. And $29 for a piece of rubber??? It felt like a bait and switch - give me a $10 lower price than the cheapest place I found, but then add in $29 when I arrive. Work seems to have been done well and service was quick. I should have left since I'm still irked by the additional upcharge. Update: I felt I had to write a bit more considering the response I got from the business. I am not complaining that they didn't replace the rubber that had issues. I also did agree to just pay the extra $29 for the rubber that covered the top of the windshield that was there. My beef is that I wasn't informed BEFORE I drove there that there would need to be a charge of $29 to replace a part that looked fine. The price I was told was $250. Not $250, but there might be other charges. And no, you were only $10 cheaper than the second cheapest place. Maybe they, too, would upsell me. I am also not saying anything negative about how friendly you are (very), how quick you worked (fast) or how the job seems to be done well. Only about the change in price after I arrived. read more

Not only is she very pleasant, she's efficient and answers texts quickly! I called one day and was offered the next day to get it fixed. Called in day before Christmas Eve they managed to get a window from their warehouse same day and get me a new passenger window nice folks and I know replacing windows on cayenne isn't easy because sadly this is the second time someone's smashed it. In and out easily enough, bad day to need any form of service done, but I've now cut myself on window pieces that were stuck in my seat that was not properly removed. Upon a slightly closer look also glass chunks all in the tracks that let my seats move, lots of crunching as I tried to remove more. Didn't really hit a lot of spots with shop vac I definitely heard running a lot as I sat there for about 2 hours. I'm just confused I don't mind paying a higher price (as this was considerably more than the last time this was replaced and the last guy was mobile repair and came to my house) but upon a full inspection the price was not justified. read more
