I had such a great experience with Alan! I originally reached out over the holiday weekend, and he was very quick to respond and even offered to help me that same day. Because of my work schedule, I wasn't able to make it, but he was super accommodating and arranged for me to come in Tuesday right after the holiday. The side mirror installation was fast, easy, and reasonably priced. Alan was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He even noticed I was in my scrubs and we ended up chatting about school, and he gave me some great financial/life advice while I was there It's always nice to come across someone who not only does great work but also makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. I would definitely recommend Alan and will be coming back if we ever need anything else! read more

Auto Glass World has earned my business time and time again! This is my third time using them--twice for windshield replacements after freeway rocks caused major cracks, and today for my driver's side window. Every experience has been fast, professional, and stress-free. They got me in the same day, did excellent work, and even knocked money off my bill without me asking. Before I left, they also gave me a referral for affordable paint work, which was a pleasant surprise. Great customer service, fair pricing, quality work, and people who genuinely care. Fast answer and very helpful and friendly service. I asked for windshield replacement and told him the year, make and model of my car and gave me my pricing on the spot! Alan, the owner, was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating to my situation. He was very clear with instructions on after-care for the windshield which I appreciated since this was my first time ever getting it done. I was promised a new glass, when I went to pick my car up, you can tell it was a used glass, I inquired "why was I told I would get a new glass" the guy told me that no he told me it was going to be used, not true, than he played dumb telling me I was getting a great deal. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

I inquired from 3 reputable business for glass repair, this one was the lowest in cost and has a 5 star review! However, after they sent me 1 message, they did not reply back to my last two messages. Owner really cares for his clients, took my phone call after hours, was able to quote over the phone and was even apologetic to the fact he wasn't able to service my van that late in the afternoon. I was taken care of and there were some mishaps, he took full responsibility for them and got me out with new back glass for my van, I wasn't overcharged and honestly I observed him consistent with every client he had in person and over the phone. I'd call and use Auto Glass World in the future and would recommend others to use them as well! read more

My driver's side window fell inside the door. I wasn't sure what to do and a friend said I should watch a YouTube DIY. About 30 seconds into the video, I thought "Nope. Nope. Nope. This is why you find the expert and pay them to do their thing." I called Auto Glass World and they were able to see me right away. I am SO glad I listened to my gut and didn't try to DIY the repair. Everything was fixed in about an hour and done for a very reasonable price. Any future glass issues I have ... Auto Glass World will be my first call. read more

I had a wonderful experience using this place to change out the windshield on my dad truck a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. I first saw great reviews about this place here on Yelp so I decided to reach out on there to see how much they'll charge through Yelp project message. The owner of the place got back to me quickly and give me the price plus tax. I called him to confirm and also to make an appointment, his customer service skills or attitude is amazing because he's friendly. He explain the process and how long it would take to change which he said like 30 minutes. On the day of my appointment, we arrived 10 minutes early and checked in with him. His positive attitude and upbeat energy will stand out to you. It took like 30 minutes to change out the windshield and that's because he made sure that it was done right. Their first attempt the workers thought it was fine but he went to inspect the work and said they have to redo the glue again to get it to be perfect. I really appreciate that he took the time to inspect the work and made sure it was done right. He also told me not to wash the car for a week and to remove the tape after 4 days. If you're worried about them scratching your car hood then I'll recommend that you communicate to them to be careful so they don't put their tools on your car hood or painted surface. I will be sure to come back here again if I need another window replaced, the owner also told me that they support windshield with sensors too. read more

As a woman, it is very intimidating to go repair window shopping for a reliable and helpful mechanic service shop. However, when it came for me to desperately do a last-minute window fixing, and shorten cash. My dealership was charging me over $600 for a simple window fixing! A simple requirement of new set of wheelers. I have been very blessed to run across this place. Alan was very professional, answered all my questions, and was able to direct me as to which piece to buy in order for him to do the work. Excellent reasonable price. I was never expecting to pay this amount, all I can say that it was not even at 50% of what the other place was trying to rob me out of. The work was done within a two hour window, it was quick. I will definitely come back to this place in order to have my windows fixed. I'll give this place an excellent rating. Ladies, if you need help with your windows, glass repairs.....
