Upgrading to 3 stars. Horrible customer service and communication. With that said, Adrian at this location is the rock star. If I could give Adrian his own review, it would be 5 stars for sure. Adrian, installed a new OEM window. Before installing, he asked all of our concerns. After the install he stayed with us to test everything to make sure it worked properly. Keep up the good work Adrian. As for the rest of the customer service "help", please understand, a little communication goes a long way.

I called customer service yesterday in an attempt to speak with Linda. Myself and the customer service rep were placed on a hold by this location for 30 mins. Linda was busy and promised to call back after. I still have not received a response from Linda. At this point, I don't want a refund or discounts of any kinda. I would like this situation looked into as I suspect my car was not handle properly due to high heat conditions.

The after, small little crack left but 98% of the issue has been resolved. Nothing in life is 100%.

So so experience. Truly not horrible and not great either. Front desk lady was cold, probably just bored, doesn't seem like it's anything personal, just a byproduct of being at this location. This safelite facility is nice however it's located in more or less of a dumpy uninspiring industrial area. So I totally get it, a little depressing. Also consider 99% of the clients coming here are coming here to deal with something that is 99% of the time a really annoying issue. So the staff here is definitely dealing with irritated and annoyed customers who may or may not have unrealistic expectations of how fast this process might be to take care of the issue. Finally after waiting for 40 minutes someone came out to assess the car, I forget his name but he was essentially just a tech... he told me he didn't think my chip could be resolved, and was hinting that I might need a total windshield replacement. I was like wait why can't we just attempt to fix it first before we jump ship to a full window replacement... thankfully a shop supervisor, aka the tech's boss, was out dealing with another customer. I was able to get his attention and see his opinion. I forget the supervisors name, but he was so nice and he said oh yeah we're probably going to have to use more product than usual and maybe even two pours, but he did not say anything about a potential window replacement.. At the end of the day, just try to talk with a tech supervisor. If you don't like the answer the tech is giving you ask for a supervisor. Glad my husband made the appointment online and I was able to bring in the car. Definitely allow yourself more time than necessary for the appointment because they are slow here. They definitely need to train the techs better. Supervisors are great but they shouldn't be the only ones that know how to resolve issues. Expert tips: Bring a sun hat, insulated water bottle (there's a water dispenser in the lobby), a book, headphones, anything you need to stay comfortable indoors or outdoors while you wait to see the service tech and also while your car is fixed.

Awful, did a hack job on my Land Rover and had a terrible attitude. Avoid at all costs. Even the Safelite main company could not believe how horrid this branch is. Zero stars

ZERO STARS!!! This company sadly is truly fraudulent and unprofessional!!! I took the day off from work. My time window was from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. I called the main office that is less than 15 minutes from my house and the lady who answered the phone put me on hold for 20 minutes until 5:00 pm then hung up on me!!! Technician (Rodrigo) was a "NO SHOW"!!! With zero communication as to why they flaked on my appointment. Truly disappointing, especially when you depend on a company of this magnitude in the future I will go with a mom-and-pop shop that can I can depend on rather than give my money to a bigger company that does not value customers.

I was driving on the 210 freeway and my windshield got a crack than with the week of driving my car expanded to about 16 inches long. I called safelight and scheduled and appointment. I arrived on time around 8:05am (my appointment was at 8. Kelly the representative that checked me in was friendly and prompt. Sylvester the tech came right away took my car keys and took my 2020 Rav 4 to replace the entire windshield and calibrate the cameras / sensors. Sylvester was really good at communicating and letting me know that it would take about 2-2.5 hours for the repair. I waited in the waiting area, it was clean and they had a coffee machine. I appreciated that they have free Wi-Fi log in available so I could do some computer work while I waited. 45 mins into the repair Sylvester called me to let me know the et successful took the broken windshield out and would begin the placement of the new windshield and recalibrate the sensors. Time flew by then Sylvester called me again let me know my car was ready. I walked in gave Kelly the receptionist my debit card paid for my window and left happily! It's not fun having to come up with $972 for a windshield repair but since my car has all the sensors I totally trust safelite to do their job correctly and so far I am happy. Yes the windshield has a little glue smell but it looks brand new and I don't have to worry anymore!!
