PORTIONS: appropriate PRICE: appropriate SERVICE: counter style AMBIANCE: clean and cozy; warm - close to temperature outside so dress accordingly FLAVORS: the menu overall looks like their aim is to franchise and if middle-of-the-road is what they're going for, they succeeded. Hummus (4/5) Babaganoush (3/5) - missing smokiness Falafel (2.5/5) - disappointing and they seem mass produced Kibbeh (2/5) - disappointing and indistinguishable from the falafel, see pictures below and tell me which you think it is Koobideh/ground beef kabob (4/5) BONUS TIP: the grilled chicken plate has a 60 min prep time. If you want to try that, I would call ahead.

Garlic Dip Grape Leaves (6 pieces) Tzatziki

They make good "grape leaves" aka dolmas (I got two orders), but they are so mushy they're hard to dip. They often fall apart before you can get them to your mouth. I realize they say they are made with olive oil, but when they arrived, they were swimming in it. So, they're mushy and wet... but the taste is good. I prefer much firmer dolmas. The tzatziki (I got a large) is great! But I kind of ruined it trying to dip the dolmas in it. I also got the garlic sauce, and that's okay. The shawarma wrap left A LOT TO BE DESIRED. It doesn't really have any taste of its own, so it's good that I ordered such large sauces. I put the tzatziki on it and the garlic and wound up leaving 3/4's of it. IT WASN'T WORTH EATING! Good portions on the dips. Garlic was okay and tzatziki was GOOD. Dolmas need work.

Great food at an affordable price! The menus during my visit looked different than those on Yelp, but I found the new menu helpful! The service was great and we received our food quickly. The Chicken Shawarma was delicious but just a tad too salty for my taste. There was ample seating, so it's a great place to meet a friend for lunch!

Chicken Kabab with pita and tabouleh in the back!

Always amazing and fresh tabouleh, chicken, shawarma, sauces, and options!! They even do bowls now like chipotle but way better. I'm used to my family's and friends' amazing Lebanese and Syrian food, and it's so hard to find good Middle Eastern food lately in Sacramento. Mosaeic has been the best and always hits the spot. They have American food options too like wings if you and your fam can't agree on a single spot for lunch or dinner ;) The inside is always clean and nice, plus smells amazing. The owner is so kind and hospitable. Customer service and food gets ten stars! I've been coming here for years and it has only gotten better. Love a business that keeps growing and improving.

COME. EAT. THIS. FOOD. Seriously, wow. The food here is so delicious. It's like they soak their food in flavor before cooking lol. I really don't know what else I can say other than that. This is a must try restaurant. Staff are friendly, and service can be a little bit slower when they are busy. There is table space inside. Don't think about it too much and just give this place a try :)

    Butter chicken

I was at the Arden Fair Mall and was craving mediterranean food. So I Yelped Mediterranean places near me. I found this gem. I love how clean it is inside. Service was good. When the cashier asked me what kind of rice I wanted with my chicken kabob plate, I couldn't decide so he said you can try all three. My son ordered the butter chicken. The food here was delicious. Definitely will be coming back.

Menu 1-3-22. Pricing on a TV screen so it can change with a moment's notice. Changed in past 5 months. No drink with sandwiches now.

Delicious food, friendly and polite service, restaurant clean, ingredients fresh. Second visit today. Due to pricing and scrutiny of my spending, I opted for a gyro (beef only), $7.99. Unlike menu photo from 5 months ago, no drink with it. That's ok, water is fine for me. Menu and pricing is displayed on a TV, so it could easily change in a moment's notice. Probably the $2/hr minimum wage hike as of 1-1-22 = menu price hike. The nice gal working there gave a small sample of falafel to me and the two other patrons waiting for their dishes. Pretty tasty. I could enjoy it as a supplemental dish if sharing with someone. I will return again some day. It's difficult though because my favorite Ethiopian restaurant is across the street and another kabob favorite is up the street. Oh, and I asked the gal if they can still accept the Yelp buy $25 for $20 offer. She said she doesn't think so. So if you want that deal, I'd call and ask before buying it.

Cute, another visible female Afghan restaurant selling Mediterranean meals of kabobs and dips. No fountain drinks but they do have cans. We really wanted to like this place but unfortunately here are our cons which affects the ratings -I ordered the chicken and beef tikka plate while he ordered the Shawerma plate. Real small portions for the price point. Mine for instance was $18-19 which really would be better at $12. The portions are not much. The kabobs are also small. -food was drrrrrrry. Mine were still okay but definitely not juicy it was like well done...his Shawerma was like well done the next day after leftover dry and dark. He ended up not eating the rest of it -agh, bland hummus but I'm used to good hummus so I get that some will think it's good. Presentation of it was nice. We've both decided this place does not warrant a repeat experience so although we like the concept and the idea of females working-this isn't a hit for us. I really wish middle eastern and Mediterranean food would expand their offerings too and not sell the same ole fast food of kabobs. There is so much more to that cuisine.

I ordered through Doordash with free delivery for $15 or more with Mosaeic. We ordered 2 beef shwarmas $7.99 each and 1 falafel shwarma $6.99. Sorry we were so hungry I forgot to snap some photos. All of us liked our choice and they came with a can of soda each. The shwarma was wrapped like a burrito. They were neither big nor small. The delivery arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Good and tasty food. Fair prices and a good portion. I highly suggest trying them out. I can't wait to try other menu items soon!

The food continues to be OUTSTANDING flavor, quality, and authenticity every time. Meals are created with the freshest of natural ingredients only, with many spices shipped directly to them quickly from Lebanon. I cook Lebanese food at home and have been a foodie for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food for decades. This restaurant is my VERY favorite. I can't produce and meals as good as we find here. My hat is off to the amazing owner, his amazing wife, and wonderful staff for making every serving matter and for making customers feel so welcomed. This trip I witnessed three couples (first-time customers) visiting Winter Haven who all raved about their meals and dining experience. They were thrilled that Winter Haven harbors such a fine restaurant and that it's quiet enough to hear conversations at your table. Easy access parking, peaceful and beautiful decor to boot! Extreme cleanliness in dining room and restroom. Delicious food every time! This restaurant is a must if you reside in--or visit--Winter Haven Fla area! It's well worth a drive from surrounding cities and communities. Our many dinner guests (and us!) have never been disappointed in their meals here! Please visit my review from 2017 for more details.

The delivery itself was great, but the food wasn't. The salad had cucumbers throughout, and since my body does not do well digesting cucumber, I couldn't eat it. The sharwama sandwhich was squished together, the bread was soggy and most of the meat filling was inedible - it was dried out and not 'chewable'; it was as if they'd saved the overcooked/dry meat for a delivery order. The garlic yogurt dip was good. Also ordered baklava, it was okay. Will not order from them again.
