We went got a quick takeout dinner from Mo's on a Thursday night because we didn't feel like cooking. It's definitely pizza but it is not amazing pizza. It is very conveniently located but that was probably the highlight. We got two pizzas (with various toppings) and one Caesar salad and the total for takeout was almost $50. This was outrageous for what it was. There are certainly better pizza places in Atlanta. Go the extra 5 minutes to get something better

Mo's Deluxe

Mo's Pizza was delicious and the best part it's right down the street from us. We were craving a pizza on one of our crazy GA monsoon days so we decided to give it a try. We were already out so we stopped by and ordered Togo. We were greeted with a warm welcome immediately when we walk in. We were in between on ordering a medium or large for the two of us so we asked the waitress her opinion. She said a medium could work but they have $5 off all larges on Monday's! Such a great deal. So we ordered a Large Mo's Deluxe and they let us customize it some. The pizza was around $17. While we waited I had a 16oz Blue Moon (which was $4.50). Our Pizza was ready in about 15 mins. The regular Mo's Deluxe is sausage, peppers, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, and extra cheese. We substitute the extra cheese and onions for spinach and tomato's. I thought the pizza was really good however I would've liked a little bit more crispy next time. The sauce was tasty and the toppings were fresh. I definitely cant wait to go back to try their other pizzas and items on the menu!

the interior of a car with shattered glass

Service was great, pizza was good... but not worth the price tag of a new window on my car that got smashed in and items stolen, in broad daylight, in a relatively busy parking lot. We were only inside for about 30 minutes. Sounds like smash and grabs happen frequently at this place. No cameras on location. Won't be returning.

But sadly, on our second visit, we were pretty disappointed with the pizza. I'm guessing it's hit or miss. Sigh.

I started my last Yelp review in 2016 of the famed Varsity in Atlanta by saying "What can you say…read moreabout an Atlanta institution that has been in business for more than nine decades?" The answer now, as then, is "What'll ya have?"? Of course you have to get a couple of hot dogs with chili and cole slaw, with a side of fresh chopped onions and some mustard to add to the heart burn. Some onion rings, and a Frosted Orange (ust get one, it's big enough to share with your spouse or sweetheart.) The Varsity claims to be the largest drive-in in the country, if not the world. Maybe it is. It covers two city blocks, seats 800 inside and has space for hundreds of cars. It now has eight locations around Georgia, some of them spic 'n span new, but my heart will always be on North Street in Atlanta, where the restaurant had its start in 1928. Some things have changed. Prices are up. The people that take your order seem a little more patient. And no longer are there special lines for women (and the Athens location, now closed} doesn't have to 'splain anymore why women aren't allowed inside.

Awful. Imagine the embodied energy needed to raise a cow, only for it to end up as a chili burger…read moreat The Varsity. Mom cow mooing: "Look what they did to my boy." The fries were decent. You'll need to add some salt, but they're not bad. The rest of the food was awful. AWFUL. The frozen orange tastes like medicine. The chili dog was overcooked. And the chili hamburger is an abomination that should not exist. Think a combination of a crappy hamburger and the worst sloppy joe you've ever had. I just assume this place has to be trading off a nostalgia. The service was slow to the point of indifferent. Many of the tables are dirty. But, it's huge enough that you'll probably be able to find a clean table. What'll ya have? How about some syrup of ipecac.

There's so many varieties of dogs here - all beef, chicken, brisket, corn dogs and even plant-based vegetarian options. No matter which style you like - Chicago, New York, San Francisco, etc. - there's a version you'll enjoy or build your own. Combos include a drink and side - slaw, fries, beans. This isn't the spot to be healthy but for some good junk food. Service was mid. The cashier didn't greet us or ask if we had questions about the menu. Instead the first thing she said was - it'll be a 10 minute wait. It wasn't clear why she said that - the time to cook or fry my food? Before you can take my order? What's 10 minutes in the big picture when I'm in a food hall and could easily walk away. We stayed and took our buzzer that alerts you when the order is up. I informed the cook - don't say anything about 10 minutes to wait, just take the order. It's not welcoming and everyone knows food needs to be prepared. Aside from that, we had a great visit and enjoyed the food.

My food was prepared quickly, and the wait was minimal. The hot dogs were flavorful and tasted good--while I wouldn't describe them as exceptional, I was not disappointed with the taste. My biggest concern was the cleanliness of the establishment. Unfortunately, once I looked beyond the counter, I noticed what appeared to be significant buildup of grease, dirt, and grime on the floors, walls, and areas surrounding where the food is prepared. The condition of the space was alarming and gave the impression that deep cleaning and maintenance have been neglected for a very long time. I had already placed my order and didn't want to cancel, but the unsanitary appearance made it difficult to enjoy the experience. It also left me questioning how the location maintains its posted health inspection rating. The food itself was fine, and the staff member was pleasant, but the overall cleanliness of the facility is a serious issue that management should address immediately. One additional note: the hot dogs seemed somewhat overpriced for their size. While the flavor was good, the portion-to-price ratio did not feel like a great value. Based on my experience, I would return only if there were clear improvements to the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.

The food court area is beyond checkout, close to the exit. Once you order, they give you a receipt with an order number on it. When your food is done, they will call your number and there is an electronic box that displays the latest order number called. There is plenty of seating to sit down and eat. I ordered the potato dog, half mozza/half hot dog, and a cheddar dog. Now these K-dogs are huge! If I had known how big they were, I would have just ordered one. The potato dog is fried batter with pieces of potato and a wiener on the inside. If they had seasoned the batter, I would have enjoyed this so much more. Half mozzarella, half dog was really cheesy and good. It was like a giant mozzarella stick. I would definitely get this again except without the hotdog. I didn't care for the taste of the dogs. The cheddar dog was also very cheesy and good. They do give you the option to roll it in sugar, if you want. I really wish I had requested to one rolled in crushed flamin hot cheetos. All in all, the food was different from what I usually get but I'm so glad I tried it. If I ever find myself back here, I'm definitely getting the premium hot dog rolled in the flaming hot Cheetos.

The corndogs here are definitely delicious and will fill your junk food craving! Ordered the half cheese half hotdog and had that one covered in sugar. Also got the 100% beef one with sugar and honey butter powder. Both super crispy and tasty. My only gripe was the layer of sugar being way too thick, it left a weird aftertaste and I needed to have something really salty after to counter it haha. I would still return but just ask for no sugar coating or less coating next time :) def try it if you've never had a Korean style corn dog!

It's in a food hall so where it's at you have free parking. It's a really nice building and it looks like it was a food hall building that won some awards for aesthetics so it's very nice to look at. You'll come in and there's nobody to greet you, but there are people walking around and people behind the stalls and you have plenty of options to pick from. And it's kind of a multi-room situation because one part of the establishment has a lot of the food hall stalls and the other part of it has a couple stalls, some rooms you can probably reserve, and a very large bar. They have plenty of specials on some signage screens so if you go in just be aware of that. They have events like happy hour and music being played on a live situation and some other thing so just keep that in mind. Anyway, specifically about the hot dog situation, I ordered and got a beeper when it was ready. I got it and it was okay. It seemed like it was more chilly than it was dog. And because I'm from Michigan, I'm very critical on what a Coney dog should be like. Do you want the hot dog to be covered but not drowned in the chili. So not that it's bad but as you can guess this got pretty messy LOL. I thought it was tasty. It's not like home but it was pretty good. When I try other hot dogs from there, I would actually. I definitely would. It was a pretty good experience because I got the wok and see what other places were there so that was nice. But I had to do the Coney because it reminded me a little bit of home LOL.
