I bought a washing machine from Mo which he is very nice, however he told me the machine he sold me for $300 was only seven or eight years old, I looked up the serial number after I received the washing machine to see how old it actually is and it is 23 years old! Someone selling appliances should know how to look up the year of the appliances, you can Google it and it tells you how to do it from a chart with your serial number. The tub had rust chips in it and I tried texting him telling him about them and asking him if he could recommend what kind of paint or how I could fix them and he does not reply to text messages after the day I bought it. The agitator rattles it is obviously not the correct agitator that was replaced in this machine ... he states I have a 90 day warranty however he does not answer text messages the day after he delivered it for any problems! Always get the serial number, to check out the year of the appliance your self. The impression is the machines are flying out the door and if you don't hurry and grab one you will lose out! read more

Nice guy on the phone, but... Was very nice and helpful on the phone. Went to see a washer & dryer to buy. Only had 2 washers, not the dryer. Spent a week trying get a Washer/Dryer set. Was always nice on the phone, but never called back nor delivered as promised. Look elsewhere. read more

Just wanted to say I called Mo this morning that my used washer I bought from him over two years ago, was not spinning. My daughter tends to always put too much weight in her loads. Mo came right over, ordered the parts, picked them up and came back with his worker to do the repair. I am up and running again already today. The bill was reasonable and he replaced the agitator parts also. I recommend Mo if you are looking for a used appliance or if you need service. read more

His helpers were scratching the hell out of my wood floors and so I loaned them a blanket to try to protect the floors. When they left they took my blanket. Mo offered to give it back to me but never did even after asking various times. Two washers bought. One for my home the other for my rental property. Both stopped working within a couple of months. I bought a replacement for the one washer but when the second one went out I insisted he try to repair it. Mo offered to send out a service tech at a charge but when no one showed up I called but he wouldn't pick up. I blocked my caller ID and he said someone would come out the next day and no one showed up. This man has no integrity. Stay away. NEXT DAY Mo called me to say he would give me 3 blankets if I removed this Yelp ad. He yelled at me that buying 2 machines and having them both go bad within months is normal and I should expect this type of occurrence. He said even buying new that this would happen and no company would care about them working. He also said that he gave the technician my phone number but didn't explain why the tech never called me for the service. He also said that his workers are not responsible for floors. It's amazing how simple it is to move appliances with $50 straps from Home Depot. read more

I love Mo's used appliances. Mo has good customer service and decent used appliances with a 90 day warranty. After all, if it's going to fail it would prob be soon We've been using him for years, he is stable and cvons intent. Thank you Mo! read more

Well I have read all the reviews and I have always learned to review by you own experience. If I had based my choice of repair company on just the reviews I wouldn't have picked Mo's, but I always go with my gut. My refrigerators main motherboard was the issue, it went bad so I needed a frig and it was the holiday weekend, no one was open, 4 other places said they wouldn't be able to come until Tuesday and this was on a Friday! If you've had this happen then you know living out of a damn cooler doesn't cut it!! Long story short I called Mo and he was at my door in 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and said he called around and the part wouldn't be ready until Tuesday, but let me tell you this, no other company I can guarantee would do what he did, he went back to his place and for no charge at all returned with a full size frig to hold me over for the long weekend and not have to keep putting ice in my coolers!!! MO IS THE MAN! total cost was 325$, cost of the same frig at Home Depot with a 40% off holiday sale: 1225$. Thanks Mo!! read more

We went to Mo's about noon and by 5pm our refrigerator and dryer were installed and in working order. The prices were very reasonable. If I ever need an appliance in the future, I will definitely go back to Mo's Appliances. They also removed the damaged equipment. read more

I had the unfortunate time of living near this terrible business. I found out that the appliances used in my rental unit were from this business. The refridgerator leaked water and it constantly made loud noises all throughout the day and night. It was so poorly refurbished that it was missing shelves as well as having numerous broken things inside and out. The microwave wouldn't open or close properly and wouldn't actually heat to the desired temperature. I have watched as the people who "work" for him spray paint things to look "good". People park in the middle of the road and do drop offs of these nasty pieces of junk, and then he tries to sell them to good people! If you are comfortable with buying something that isn't that much cheaper then a good quality used item, and not having any warranty, then you would be the perfect customer for him. He has made terrible comments in Spanish because he does not think that you can speak it. Super sketchy person and area. STAY AWAY! read more

Called and made an appointment for them to come look at our washing machine between 9:30-12:30 on a Saturday. At 12 we texted to make sure they were still planning on coming. 12:30 came and went - they never showed up or contacted us to explain their absence. I recommend turning to Appliance Pro Repair instead. read more

Mo and his partner are great. I had them this past week troubleshoot and repair my 6 yr old Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Thank heaven for the 20 yrs old standby in garage that works great. Mo came out the same day to diagnose and following morning to fix. He is honest, reasonably priced, and loyal. I will call again in future if need arises for other appliances. read more
