We called West TN Moving & Storage for this move but turned them down when they quoted us $1450 to move our things that we knew wouldn't take more than 4 hours to move. They tried to take advantage by charging for almost 10 hours for a job that would take less than half that time. This time we used Jackson Moving & Storage. They didn't take even one break and they moved very quickly and carefully and were also nice people. Their charge was $495 for everything. They were fair at $150 per hour and didn't try to cheat us. I would highly recommend this company for moving. They don't try to take advantage of you like the others.

I called back on Friday (my delivery day) to verify they would be still handling my request and I got a voicemail so I called again still voicemail so I left a message and I also texted the number no response. I called (7315542871) several more times with no callback or text response. So at this point I have already paid for my furniture and now I have to find an alternative pickup option. It is a compliment to them that all the big items arrived in mint condition. They even moved the huge Nordic Track treadmill perfectly! Andrew was very understanding and moved our dates without any fuss. On moving day, the first thing we noticed was that they were punctual and hard working. They were very patient with us while we figured out what would go into storage vs what would go into our home. Both teams were professional and polite while working and knew how to do their jobs properly. I highly recommend the whole team!
