This location is not a 24/hr location and to my knowledge I never opted in for a 24/hr service but yet, i was charged twice and when asked if i could be reimbursed it was a absolute no. Also, I do not like the fact that we were TOLD that we would be getting new locks through a 3rd party provider that will have access to all the codes to the locks provided, so to me this is a security issue to me. They also stated that we could not have our own locks with the new locks and we would get charged a fee if we were caught with an unauthorized lock. Not to mention we have to pay $6 monthly fee for said lock that we had absolutely no choice in getting. So if you like being lied to, controlled and no security please by all means Do business with these wonderful people.
