Dana received briefing from me and jumped into action to aid my wife at delivery in ensuring everything went easy. Working with him definitely helped relieve a stressful situation. Additionally, the online reserve and payment process is super easy. You can setup autopay online and I receive both text and email reminders of payments due each month.
