The following week Brock and his crew showed up and started right away removing old dead stuff and replacing with new and colorful plants and the Red Bud Tree tree they got for us is fantastic. They then raked all the beds and put down fresh Mulch. These guys were very professional well dressed for the job and were willing to listen to and act on a few special request. One of their techs came to perform service and dumped tons of fertilizer on our front yard and burned it as is visible in the photo. After initial contact with the company, was made to feel it was our fault for not watering after the treatment. Can you really expect me to believe that any amount of watering could have fixed this? Then I get a text from Jason stating management has been made aware. To date (three days now) no one from management has made an effort to contact us. Veterans are very particular about their yards, especially when they are paying for a supposed premium service to keep it to an expected standard. I would have respected more had someone come out when we first notified them of the situation and offered a solution. As it appears, they are too busy to support their loyal long time customer of almost 5 years with a solution.
