I text this place about moving my apartment stuff to a new apartment that's less than 3 miles. They text me that I could use them but be thousand or more for that move. We just recently moved and used WTMS. I want to tell you there was only two men but they got there and hit the ground running so to speak. They has us loaded and ready to go in just a little over and hour. They were polite and did whatever we asked of them within their guidelines. I would use them again and do recommend them. read more

I find this company in July/22 to assist my mother who's a senior citizen with her move. They showed up on time and were very professional with the packing, moving, and storage. Then they moved her things to Maryland 7 months later. It was the same experience. I strongly recommend this company. read more

This company has many five star ratings on Google...and deserves the same on the Yelp! platform. I am surprised that I am the first? The move that I am rating occurred on September 17-19, 2020: Was looking for a company in West Tennessee to conduct a two part move to get my aging parents in Jackson, TN, into a 2br apartment down the hall from my wife and me in Woodstock, GA, so that we could be their assisted living. This involved packing a 4br house such that 2br and an heirloom dining room suite were removed from the truck at our son's 2nd story apartment in Huntsville, AL, and dropping the rest at my parents' new place. The packing on a Thu went great...very quick, and as the final validation of the packers' work (two ladies and a gentleman that normally moves, but was on light duty with a therapeutic boot on one foot)...absolutely NO damage was noted...to ANY of their furniture or stuff, most notably the heirloom, antique dining suite or the equivalent of five sets of China that Mom inexplicably insisted on taking to file out to my children in coming years. The packers arrived on Fri, the following day, and used EVERY INCH of a 28-foot truck to get it ready to move. Matt and Curtis worked the truck on both ends; Evan (or Ethan?) worked also just on the Jackson end. I repeat...and cannot emphasize enough...that NO damage occurred to ANY item of furniture or stuff!!! Their was not one inkling of lazy or quit in these guys (or, for that matter, in the packers)! Loading was completed on Fri. Delivery in Huntsville and Woodstock was accomplished on Sat. (By contrast to these excellent workers, my family is worn out from unpacking a week and a half later, and I am just now getting around to leaving this review of their excellent work.) I availed myself off the pay by AMEX option, although tips which I CAN ONLY HOPE communicated my appreciation for this doing the work were handed out in cash. The Delta advantage to me from using that card is well worth the 2% surcharge, and I am entirely pleased with the move. I have NEVER had one as entirely satisfactory!!! Kudos to Keith for his prompt and reasonable estimate (and, since I think he is the owner, for his wise hiring!); to Andrew for his scheduling (particularly thanks for getting us into a canceled slot that weekend); and to Katie and Joey Hale, owners of Town and Country Realty in Jackson, TN, for recommending this moving company to us. read more

They're no good don't store your stuff there to get ruined I don't do what they say they're going to do

Many problems. Broke wood off of sofa. Could not find a wood repair person. Destroyed Xmas ornaments by carrying on outside of truck in rain. Lamp not working. Feet broken off cabinet etc etc read more

I would not highly recommend this moving company to move a dog house or a box of tissues the workers are lazy, not caring or understanding .Myself and my wife had to the whole moving adventure with this company we had to help take boxes to the truck and upstairs in the new house while one of the workers laid on the floor upstairs till my wife asked him to get up and help us , because we would be their all night if it wasn't for me and my wife helping. The move was a 2 bed rm. house no attic on the home moving out of it was in a 10x14 storage building so all the attic items was already taken down so no stair climbing at the old house and a living rm. the stove and refrig. stayed they didn't even have to move them I was told I would have 3 movers when they got their their was only two. Once we got to the new house they had called in a 3rd person to help unload so while unloading the couches I smelled lantern fluid and noticed wet stains on my living rm. furniture which came from an overturned closed up box the fluid had poured out all over my couches and message chair which I have sitting out side now to try to air out so once we started unloading the front of the truck we noticed that the boxes and totes had water in them from the lunchtime rain that came through while at the old house come to find out that the cab over did leak and they was aware of it which really was awful having to wipe everything down once unboxed but I can say that the person that was in the truck the whole time was a hard and knowledgably worker also the 3rd person that showed up at the new home was an excellent and hard worker I'm not going to mention no names but after all unloaded i call the schedule guy and mentioned all the grief and damage the this move caused if he owner would help me out on the furniture cleaning i don't have a lot of money so this living furniture has to last for a while they got back with me and denied any kind of help or reimburse of helping to pay on the cleaning bill so i will try to get the smell out the best way I can but again I'm positive i wouldn't recommend this moving company to any one it was a nightmare..im leaving this bad review to let people now what had happen to me with this moving company and owner.. The family or individual show not have to worry about their items getting wet or their furniture all wet from smelling liquids spilt on them and about the liquids we was told only liquids with out box tops could not be loaded on the truck. bonded and insurance advertising doesn't mean nothing if they don't use like they are suppose to help accident like this happened to us ...This an exciting move new first home for me and my wife until now now its all about trying to get the smell off our furniture and wipe down all the items that got wet while in the front of the truck.. Well to end this review please hire a different moving company so you don't go through the adventure that we did and i hope the owner sleeps' better by saying he doesn't think that we need help on the cleaning of the furniture but he did stat that we was undercharged that's why he doesn't think that he needs to help us at all I paid them $1000.00 dollars for me and my wife to sweat our assess off help load stuff which I could have saved by getting my own U-Haul and my furniture would had been cleaned and not smelling like kerosene fluid and my items would have been dry not having that extra work when unboxing .. I called West TN Moving & Storage to ask what their moving price was and they quoted $150 per hour, 4 hour minimum for 2 guys. They told me they could come out and look what I needed moved and quote me one price though as if trying to save me money. Since I didn't have that much to move I agreed. A nice guy came out and I showed him what I wanted moved which was a few large furniture items, washer, dryer, NO fridge, NO TVs or electronics or boxes of items. We moved all that ourselves. Nothing that would take more than 4 hours for sure. He emailed me a quote of $1,450 which is equivalent to almost 10 hours of moving. Apparently this guy thought I was dumb and he tried to take advantage of me. So I called Jackson Moving & Storage who were also $150 per hour but NO 4 hour minimum. They moved all our things and the charge was $495 when they were done. W TN Moving & Storage tried to rip me off almost $1000. I am writing this review so other people moving can be warned and not be taken advantage of like they tried to take advantage of me. It's just wrong to treat good people that way. read more
