That's fantastic, but that is not what impressed me the most. After getting the truck back, I had a scary brake failure while towing. The brakes were toast. I took it back to Phillip's shop, and he discovered it was not the brake job that was gaukty, but the shoddy wiring someone did on the brake controller (previous owner). The controller wasn't even functioning properly. Phillip still warrantied the brakes for me and installed a brand new brake controller, and didn't charge me any labor. He just charged for the brake controller, which was more than fair. He didn't have to do any of that at all. I offered to pay, but he said he would rather have my business relationship than only have me come by once. He gives very detailed explanations of work performed and issues encountered. Very honest and informative. He even showed me every part he replaced and its condition so I could see the whole story. That earned him a lot of credibility with me as most mechanics don't offer their work under scrutiny voluntarily.

They told us they found a problem with the transmission which might still be covered by Power Train warranty. 2019 vehicle so it wasn't, but took it to Gresham Ford. They did inspection, diagnostics, test drive and found zero problems. Thankfully Ford waived the $199 diagnostic fee, which was kind of them, otherwise it would have been a $350 oil change. Wanted to patronize a local business, but won't be going back.

Came here for tires to be installed on my new car with wheels that have 5,000 miles on them…read more Original tires on the wheels from the factory. They damaged every wheel. Every wheel has these gouge dots that are deep in the aluminum. They also didn't remove the factory wheel weight adhesive and lazily stuck new weights on the old adhesive. In conclusion they damaged every single wheel and did a lazy job. Very sad work.

When our mobile mechanic was unable to diagnose the problem they agreed to take on the repair. They loaned us their car pusher to move the Explorer from the Walmart parking lot where the SUV had come to rest. They were genuinely interested in the puzzle of the problem. The shop manager even purchased the needed part after hours to have it ready for the next day. The price was reasonable and the repair was quick. We have found a new repair shop!
