They removed the cabinet dividers between the cabinet doors as well as put in new drawers. In addition, they added new cabinets from scratch in our laundry room. The team who worked in our house were very professional and respectful. They put up a plastic tent around the kitchen to prevent dust and particles from entering the rest of the house. While it took several weeks to get everything ready and in stock, it only took them 2 weeks to complete the installation. My wife and I are very happy campers and would use them again if needed. I highly recommend for their great craftsmanship, professionalism and reasonable cost. Hopefully my before and after pics will load without issue.

Instead of having too wait 3 weeks to have our equipment picked up, serviced and returned she worked magic and we walked out with a new (similar) model piece of equipment. Pretty sure because she took the time to talk to us and discovered the amount of work I had piled up and knew the predicament I was in at the time. She even agreed and arranged to have my new equipment tested by a tech before we left the store to ensure it worked properly. Even the rest of the staff was nothing short of great making us feel right at home. Everyone was very polite, friendly and eager to assist us and other customers in the store with whatever they needed. No high pressure, no feeling unwelcomed or like we were alone in the store with no assistance. Always apologizing for us having to wait when honestly we have waited longer for way less elsewhere. If you need anything Sears can offer I highly implore you to visit this hometown store, you will not regret it one bit.

They have over 100 stores in the U.S. according to one of the employees. The employees were all helpful and friendly, and quick to offer assistance. They seem to have done a nice paint match for my wallpaper, but that's to be determined once the trim is painted. The female sales rep explained how the high gloss paint will reflect light and perhaps cause it to look a smidge lighter in color. Then she attempted to charge me for two gallons of Benjamin Moore high gloss paint @ approximately $130.00 total when I was only purchasing 2 quarts of paint for my guest bathroom trim. I was a great customer of the former business. I hope this type of mistake won't happen again.

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of using Parkside Painters for a painting project in my home, and they did an excellent, thorough and thoughtful job. I was impressed at their mixer's ability to match a challenging, deep purple-brown in my master bedroom and master bath that had been on the wall about 8 years, as well as an historic red that had been in our foyer for 2 years. So we needed the faded versions, not the originals. Their matches were perfect, so I asked for their paint company contact, since I have small touch-ups around the house that they would be great for, and they recommended I contact Spectrum. So glad I did. If you need more expertise than the 20-something kid in the big box store has to offer or recommend paint solutions, go to Spectrum. They handle Benjamin Moore Paints. They are friendly, highly knowledgeable and on the ball. Go.

I have never had better customer service than we got from him. He was busy with another couple when my husband and I arrived but quickly included us in explaining the technology and each bed. He was not pushy, which I really appreciated and was ready with an answer for every question. The beds in the store were very comfortable and Brett helped us set sleep numbers while we were there but explained to us that these may change. They do offer financing through Synchrony bank for up to 60 months, with some interest, if you need it. But if you're going to finance go with the 24 months with 0 interest. All in all it was a great experience. I can't wait to get my bed!!
