He was very responsive, professional and explained everything he is going to do over the phone so that I felt comfortable with choosing him as a professional. Fox plumbers were not experience with acrylic shower installations, which showed from the previously stated, but other issues that could have been caught with experienced people. They were nice people, but it was obvious that they were self conscious of their work and seemed to want to hide somethings from me. They did not communicate well with me during the process. Fox installers made me think that I was not even there. The head installer had on Airpods and kept talking for long periods of time when he should have been measuring twice and cutting once. They made me feel that my installation job was not their priority and it showed with the results of their work. They also damaged our drywall in the adjacent room. I would not recommend them unless it is an emergency and no one else is available.
