Most owners are courteous and do actually pick up after their doggos. There's an abundance amount of medium to bigger side dogs here so small dog owners just be aware. Parking is pretty ample and we had no issues finding a good spot. Bathrooms are pretty clean, but there was no soap in the dispensers when we were there - thankfully had sanitizer on me, though! The park has several party shelters and they were ALL booked for birthdays or graduation parties. They were all good size with a decent amount of seating for guests, but suggest bringing your own camp chairs or something similar if you know you're going to want/need to sit. The playground itself is great and my 7, 5, and 3 year old loved it. Plenty to climb on and lots of space to run. My kids especially loved the zipline setup, that also has a large seat for kids of all play abilities to use. We aren't in the area too crazy often, but we'd definitely return to this park to play!

I will say that the parking lot is rather small and it can be very challenging to find any parking during the summer. When I arrived on this particular day, there was literally a line out to the road with vehicles trying to find parking. It can get pretty cut throat, too. The park itself is generously sized, in the splash pad has a lot of unique features that my kids really enjoyed. My favorite part is that they had features for small children as well as larger children. Usually when I go to other splash pads it smells funky or like chlorine. But this location smelled fresh and seemed to have been upkept recently. Western Washington is a notorious area for high amounts of trafficking, so I always have to keep an eye out wherever we go. But thankfully, this area seemed pretty safe so we will definitely be back next summer for more playtime.

Can't speak much to them because we didn't use them, but they didn't look bad on the exterior. The park itself is pretty big. There's plenty of space to walk, even with a little mini trail in a cluster of trees near the playground. There's also a baseball field here, and sheltered seating perfect for eating lunch. The playground is awesome too. They've got equipment that's perfect for all ages - and they have baby swings! There's also a well-maintained basketball court here as well. Fabulous park. Super quiet, safe, and a perfect spot to bring the kiddos. We'll be back.

Even though the weather didn't agree with us, we still had an enjoyable time. We purchased our tickets online a few days ahead because you get a better price that way. Each ticket is good for two separate rides. We arrived just after 10 in the morning and it was grey and overcast. The sky was very cloudy and there was a foggy mist over the mountains. It was lovely but not the best weather for sight seeing. We went ahead and rode up the mountain and back and it was fun but as you can guess the views weren't great from the gondola. About half the ride it was just like being inside frosted glass and all we could see was grey. We stayed at the top for a while but the winds were to fierce for our pup so we headed back down and spent some time eating, shopping and enjoying the area. We were hoping the weather would clear up later in the afternoon. Unfortunately for us, Mother Nature had other plans and it was cool, foggy and totally overcast all day. I wasn't even really that disappointed though because it was just so beautiful being there. It was honestly my favorite kind of weather. On our second ride, we did try riding the famous "Green Gondola". We had seen other people waiting for it on our earlier ride and asked a staff member what it was all about. They said it was just a replacement gondola so it didn't match the others exactly and we kind of laughed at how silly it is but people love things that are unique. There was no line, so we gave it a go and I'm here to tell you that it didn't part the clouds and I haven't won the lottery since riding it :) Sorry to say it is just like the red ones. Even with the weather, we made a really nice day of it and if you haven't seen this area, I would definitely recommend giving the gondola a try. I think next time we will probably risk the higher prices at the gate to make sure the weather is cooperating for the ride.
