The installers seemed to be annoyed and in a hurry. As a result, they damaged the paint on the table top by sliding the glass across it. They also did some work on a shower door and left the work area messy. I was very disappointed as we have used Crystal Illusions before on the recommendation of interior designers and had a good experience.

I called the office a few times, emailed and sent pictures of the issue. Was told adjustments can be made with the rollers on the door. But who does that? do I? how is it done? do you need to come back out? I didn't receive a response. Five days later I got a call from the man who does the measurements asking what the problem was. In the meantime, the door was adjusted by our independent contractor who happened to be familiar with them. After spending over $2000 it was quite disappointing to receive such poor customer service and follow-up.

Mark came out and I pointed out the issue, he denied responsibility but he agreed he would come back and flash the bottom of the window so water wouldn't come in. After two calls we set up an appointment for him to return. The next day he didn't show up when after setting up an appointment. I called him he said he had forgot and he hung up on me. He never showed up nor did he return my call. Would you want to do business with a company this company ??
