In the meantime, the door was adjusted by our independent contractor who happened to be familiar with them. After spending over $2000 it was quite disappointing to receive such poor customer service and follow-up.

Mark came out and I pointed out the issue, he denied responsibility but he agreed he would come back and flash the bottom of the window so water wouldn't come in. After two calls we set up an appointment for him to return. The next day he didn't show up when after setting up an appointment. I called him he said he had forgot and he hung up on me.
