You can only open the sliding doors with a code, and there are dollys in the entryway if needed. The elevator is big enough to accommodate a large bed or mattress. There are many units still available for rent, and they come in multiple sizes. On top of great service, they also are giving half off for the first three months. My parents are picky about where they will leave their items, but they have nothing but positive things to say about Ocean Storage!

They have had many, many, many instances of burglary, mine just happened in March of 2023. They took an entire day to notify me as well, and when they did, they did it 20 min before closing so when I said I could come there, the girl complained that she leaves for the day in 20 min. The rest of the buglaries I found out about because the responding police officer said 'you would think they would've learned to put up cameras by now, we were just here not too long ago. I did a FOIA request and saw all the police reports for the many times customers have been robbed out of this facility. Trust me, Kristina and John are not the people you want by your side when something like this happens. They play dumb at every turn, John (Regional Manager) is one of the biggest manipulator/gaslighters I've come across in a long time. I asked for a phone call when I was waiting for the police to respond in March...he called me back three months later, but only because I called the call center many times asking for him to call me...he badly faked empathy and I caught him in a bunch of lies on the phone call I had with him. The facility is not in a good part of town, save yourself the trouble and do not rent here, Again, this storage facility is not 'small' or 'local', it was bought up by one of those companies that buys small business across the country, they try to put out the image that they are a small business but when you call, and get routed to the call center, they only take messages and never transfer you because 'they manage a lot of storage facilities and don't know which one you are talking about'

The light is broken, and the list of excuses is seemingly endless, and the bathrooms always seem to be locked.
