My favorite part about all of this was when we canceled there was no gimmick and they don't even charge you an additional month! The app clearly says open 24 hours. If that's not the case then she could have at least been Kinder an explain the hours and not so unprofessional hanging up in customers faces. I was only calling to do the right thing and make my payment because I didn't get around to it when my deposit came and it won't let me make a payment in the app. I've already had a bad experience with this lady when I got to the storage unit for the first time.
