They offer chicken salad, both as a sandwich or in a small container. But there is so much more than that. They offer grab & go meals that I believe change daily; some examples that we saw on the board that day - bacon fried cabbage with sausage, creamy chicken Alfredo tortellini soup, poblano southwest pimiento cheese, Chicken and Dumplings, Homemade Chicken Spaghetti, and several other options. There are also keto options available. Tried both the original and the Harvest Chicken Salad. The Harvest mix was excellent, will get it again. But the original was meh for me, I just didn't enjoy it. So my hint is, ask if you can sample it before you buy one of the chicken salads so you can find the ones that are best for you. A hearty patty is also placed inside of the bun and along with it are pickles, lettuce, onion and tomato. Check and double Check. Mayo is slathered on the buns, at just the right amounts that make it taste good, but not so much that it slides the innards of the burger all over the place making the chomping experience mushy. Flavors were good, I had just hoped the patty fit the bun a little better. The ratio was a bit more bun sided than oatty sided. My fries, crinkle cut, were seasoned well. Well enough that no ketchup was needed to dip them into for additional flavor. I would have liked a bit more crispiness from a double fry, but these were toothy enough to get a decent mouth feel. The meal for the three of is was about 47.00, so inflation has also hit my hometown dining places as bad as they have hit my current home near The Woodlands. They have staples like conchas-- of the regular and unicorn varieties both -- Marranos, cuernos filled with cream cheese, bread pudding, cookies, and cupcakes. They also have cakes topped with fruit that you can buy whole or by the slice. If you want a custom cake they can definitely hook you up as they accept orders and have consultations to meet your needs. As a side note , on the weekend they also carry Salvadoran style Tamales. Prices are reasonable and in my opinion better than Arrandas. The quality is always on point and can hold its own against other Mexican bakeries. Tepatitlan is a great addition to the area.

The millionaire shortbread is practically a candy bar that melts in your mouth. The lemon tarts is lemony and so smooth. And that has got to be the smoothest cheesecake I've ever had! The chicken salad on croissant is about the size of a 6" sub, croissant is flaky and soft, chicken salad is a great balance of flavors, it exactly hit the spot. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. Next time, I'm gonna try the sourdough!
