Every month or so, I have called to follow up on the part and repair. I spoke with this same employee 10-12-2022, he told me, Robert the owner does all the warranty issues. On October 19, 2022, I have called the company's business #, call Robert's cell # and even text him, as of today no return calls. All of this was for an agreed upon price that was half the estimate I got from some slick phone salesman a couple of years ago. Most contractors will tell you they'll be there between 10 and 2, then show up at 4 and don't get finished before leaving. Not these guys! I appreciate the good service and the way they treated me.
