I hired Matkins to paint the interior of my home. This is a major undertaking as everything has to…read morebe removed from the walls,furniture moved and basically total upheaval of the home. At 80 years old, this was a hard endeavor for me. But when the 3 painters came the first morning, they set my mind at ease. It was like 3 angels came in and made everything okay. They laid tarps on all the floors, explained what they were going to do and set my mind at ease. Their kindness and patience with me was very much appreciated. Aside from this, their painting was beautiful and professional. Pictures were taken of the area to be painted. They moved what needed to be moved then returned to the same place according to their photo. Nothing broken and all handled with gentle respect. Everyday before they left, it was total cleanup. Leaving my home livable until they returned the next morning. I can't say enough good things about my experience and how easy it turned out to be. I'm left with a beautiful freshly painted house and all my worries put aside. Thank you to everyone at Matkins for a great experience and a beautiful looking home.

Greg and Chris did outstanding work throughout the painting process. They took a great deal of care in removing the cabinet doors and drawer faces and moving them outside for sanding and painting. They paid a lot of attention in keeping the dust to a minimum while working on the frames inside the kitchen and keeping the work area in general neat and orderly. We are very impressed with the quality of the finish on the cabinets. They really do look like new with a factory pain job. Excellent quality work. Greg and Chris kept us informed throughout the process and cleaned up before they left. Couldn't be happier with the finished product and the level service we received. Would highly recommend these guys for any kind of painting work.

I was very impressed by Estuardo when he came to estimate the job. He seemed to know his stuff,…read moreexplained that the company would provide free color consultation, cover all furniture and floors with plastic, use specific brands of primer and paint, and pointed out a few small areas of drywall that would need to be replaced. I was so impressed by Estuardo that I had it put in the contract that Estuardo and his crew would perform the work personally. It turned out that the "color consultation" consisted of Estuardo bringing the sample book from Sherwin Williams and telling us to pick out our colors. On the day the painting was to begin, the painters, without Estuardo, showed up with paint and primer three levels bow what the contract called for. I am convinced that if I hadn't checked the label and caught their 'mistake', the cheaper paint would be on my walls now. The owner, Trevor, agreed to a discount to use the non-returnable paint as the first coat, but in the end, refused to discount the final invoice. What was promised to be a 5 day project became a 12 day ordeal. None of the furniture was covered, the new laminate floors are scratched and scarred, my custom desk has gouges in the raw edge wood top, and the drywall section that needed replacing was just painted over. And the part in the contract about all the work being done by Estuardo and his crew? After paying the deposit, we were told that Estuardo's primary job is doing estimates and getting jobs signed up... Not working hands on... Would have been nice to know before we paid over $5500.
