We needed a service call. tech came out said he charged our HVAC unit. told us it was time to…read morereplace our unit. We were told there was no charge due to the fact they didn't have much 22R coolant. We then get an invoice / bill. after several attempts to speak with Mrs. Jones we were told they sent us the bill because we didn't replace our unit with them within 30 days. That was never explained to us nor on any information we were given. We were provided with 2 estimates for two different brand units. We were researching and trying to decide what to replace with. We paid the invoice / bill in full after Mrs Jones felt that was there policy and she was sorry for the confusion. I explained she should discuss the issue with the tech and use it as a teaching moment.
