Even though he agreed to do a payout so I can get my car fixed. He ended up blocking my number then blocking my husband's number. At this point we're going through our HOA to file a claim through his COI. He also did have undocumented workers on site which is why we didn't call the police in the first place because we didn't want any trouble with them, even though they tried covering up the damage that they did, due to the political climate right now. Just be noted all this was caught on Ring camera us and all of our neighbors have cameras directed to our cars and at least two cameras caught this. This was the worst case scenario leaving reviews on his business sharing this personal information but at this point, he is not caring about his business because he doesn't want to resolve issues so I guess I won't care about it either. I will, however, take any and all views down once the situation is taken care of, but until then look out for more on every platform. A whole panel needs to be replaced, a small panel needs to be replaced, my back windshield needs to be replaced, and the vinyl that I had on my back windshield. They continue to drop materials from the roof on my car without care. There is meals on top of my car and under my car as well. They did leave a note to move our cars, but we were on vacation for 2 1/2 days already before they even left the note. Also know that all my other neighbors did move their cars so all the spots around me were vacant where they could've easily dropped their trash from the roof that wasn't on my car.

We called him initially to give us a quote for a over the range microwave install, fixing weather stripping on the entry door, replacing blinds and fixing the screen door on the patio. He took a look and said he could do it all and quoted $635 for all including parts and then we agreed upon $600 as the final amount and I paid him half when he finished half of the jobs. a. Screen door - He did a poor job at it, pictures show what it looks like now. It does not close and problem still persists. Now he returned to fix it, attempted to hammer it in and said well you need to replace the whole door, which he did not inform us earlier before he started the work, and now wants more money to install a new door there. b. Blinds - he put them the wrong way and tenant could not function them, he returned and had to work to uninstall everything and do it the right way. Poor job, poor skills. c. Front Door - pictures show the weather stripping job he did to seal the air gap that we had complained about and he said he could take care of it. Now he returned, and said well I did this as a favor and it was not part of the deal. Changes his word and is is unreliable ! d. Over range microwave - this is the only reasonable fix and even this, he was acting up and asking money from the tenant even though we had agreed upon everything prior to starting the job. Overall, his business ethics are poor and skills are worse. I would not recommend him to anyone !

A tree fell on our house and did just enough damage to make the whole process a royal pain. But it was still pretty significant damage with about five rafters crushed along with part of the roof, and the whole line of gutters across the front of the house destroyed. I called Optimal and they came out that day. The quote was fair enough and they set a time to come out and do the work. There was a slight scare with weather on the appointed day, but they finally agreed to come out as I had the power turned off for the work. They came out and got it done. Very good job. I'll certainly call them again when we need a new roof or the like.
