When I asked to justify or price match, I was met with a lot of angry toned texts and excused regarding the subpar quality I am going to get, and he even suggested I was trying to rip off my insurance company and profit. If anyone is trying to profit off of insurance, it is 100% Perimeter roofing. They are extremely high, they try to grab every penny they can such as claiming my gutters and downspouts were damage by hail. We didn't even have hail come through, it was wind damage. Come to find out after having many people come check it out including roofers and plumbers. It ended up being a leak from the roof. Terry was very confident that he could fix my roof leak. And sure enough when they sent their men out to reinstall the shingles and take apart the old one they found the area where the water was intruding and damaging the wood. Just glad they found and fixed it after ongoing issues. In our emailed conversations it was stated he would do both sides of my roof however when his technician got here he said the other was not needed and not placed as a work order on the invoice. I was fine with it as long as they would warrant the other side. However, when I spoke with Terry, he still honored his quote, got his technician to come back out the following week, and got everything I asked done!! Overall a wonderful experience, at a very competitive price, and a thorough job done. I am happy that I decided to go with them! Thank you, superior roofing and Terry and David for your excellent service!

My experience with The Roof Clinic was exceptional. When…read moreEric came to inspect my property, Georgia was in the middle of a Covid lockdown and I was pleased that he followed CDC protocols and the entire process was contactless. After inspecting my roof, Eric gave me a call while still outside to give me a summary. He followed up with a detailed estimate and guidance on working with my insurance company. After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check). During this time, I kept Eric in the loop and he was very understanding. In fact, he even offered financing options while I waited for my insurance check. When I finally received the insurance funds, I called The Roof Clinic to schedule my appointment. My roof installation was scheduled for 8am on 8/21/20. That morning, Eric was sitting in his truck outside my house a little after 7am awaiting delivery of the supplies. The team arrived by 7:30am. The supplies were delivered by 7:45am and by 8am they were actually ripping the existing shingles off my roof. By 8:45am they were done stripping the roof. Around 1pm Eric returned to inspect the work that had been done. By 1:30pm, I had a brand new roof and the crew was gone. I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Roof Clinic. Eric was courteous, informative, and very responsive. The work crew was on time, worked quickly, and delivered an excellent finished product. In addition, the price was more than fair! I highly recommend The Roof Clinic for all your roofing needs. (Note: My roof is the 2nd from the right)

As a homeowner, I'm not someone who knows all the technical details, and I found myself having to ask very direct questions about licensing, tax IDs, and insurance just to feel protected. Working with Total Pro Roofing was a huge step forward in rebuilding that trust. MJ came highly recommended by a neighbor, and from the very beginning, he and his team were transparent, patient, and thorough. I wasn't going to be present during the project, so my mother acted as the on-site representative. MJ took the time to meet with her multiple times, provided pamphlets and documentation, and promptly supplied updated proof of insurance and Georgia tax ID when requested. I even contacted their insurance agent directly -- and everything checked out. The work itself was impeccable. The team completed the job in a single day, and when an unforeseen issue arose involving prior water damage and a punctured ceiling, they didn't hesitate to return and make flawless repairs. They were honest about the additional work needed and followed through with care and professionalism. I also want to highlight Amber at headquarters, who was absolutely wonderful -- always accessible, helpful with payment options, and quick to assist with warranty documentation and any questions I had. All in all, Total Pro Roofing didn't just replace shingles -- they truly repaired my roof, gutters, soffit, and more. They went above and beyond at every step, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that values integrity, transparency, and quality workmanship.
