They still accomplished making the deck subpar. Only one nail in stair steps, steps crooked and angled because it was not squared with the original deck being added onto. They tried to just nail 2x4's together and lay them on the ground to create a boardwalk deck. They were not even going to put framework under it until I threw a fit. Zachary admitted that he didn't do the job right and was asked to come back and trim some boards and replaced warped boards that were warped the day he put them on and has never come back. It has almost been a year and I am now ghosted by he and his father. They are a waste of money and frustration. We are seeking a legal workup now to have them pay the difference to have the deck repaired.

Since then I have called and/or texted JT at least 30-40 times. He showed up to our job three days and then stopped coming and answering his phone. Early on when he would answer (which would only happen about once a month) he told me he was up in the mountains every day with no service or on roofs. At one point I asked if I could just be refunded and was told "it don't work like that". That's when he showed up for three days...and then stopped, for good. It's not difficult to return calls...or even to show up for jobs where people have paid you already. Stay away! Do not pay Unlimited Services your money. He needs your money to float his next job. You will fall victim as well.
