Nope. The assigned adjuster (Josh Goldstein) regularly had taken weeks (and even more than a month on multiple occassions) to respond. Not an exaggeration and have plenty of text and calls to attest to this. Instead of effectively fighting for me, they got in the way of me being able to resolve or negotiate with the insurance company -- as they were not effective advocates. I worked with Peabody, Massachusetts office. In general, my recommendation is that you talk to your insurance agents before signing up with them or any public adjusters. Once you sign up with them, your hands are tied and you are completely reliant on them to negotiate with the insurance company.

Best of all, unlike those newer, sterile, test facilities, CWI has plenty of ambience! Located in scenic Sandown, N.H., well away from civilization, it provides a couple of open air test sites (3m and 10m) and a funky 3m RF chamber that is calibrated to almost duplicate the results of the 10m site (watch out for those pesky vertically polarized signals between 100 and 300MHz, though!) While the equipment is state of the art where needed (over 6GHz, Bluetooth, etc.), a significant fraction of the equipment is older than the staff (but is calibrated and working perfectly, unlike some of the staff...) Tons of EMI mitigating components are just hanging around for your use, along with a wonder-house of curious test equipment (ever seen a 60 GHz horn antenna ?). SMD parts are in short supply, although they are starting to change that. The owner's dogs, Morgan and Bradley, and fresh donuts in reception complete the homey feel. The staff is competent and very friendly. They include top notch resources for certification questions, and you won't mind working closely with them for a week or two. Don't forget to book entire days --- everyone on site gets lunch delivered if you book a full shift!
