Advice worked however I had to opt for the worst case option that we talked about to do a fresh OS install, that allowed the Drivers to be up to date and made the GPU happy to work with my monitor, The fee is pretty fair too, even if it's just for their experience and advice if all else fails they're knowledgeable and happy to explain things along the way and know what to check for and try out to see if it'll solve the issue.
