Everyone here is kind, but she has a special way of making people feel welcomed and at ease. Her kindness may feel "normal" to her, but for someone like me, it meant so much more. Her warm attitude, patience, and the way she genuinely enjoys her work stay with people for a long time. You can feel that she truly cares -- not just about the job, but about the people who walk in. Whether I'm returning a package or asking a question, she always explains things clearly, helps without hesitation, and makes the experience stress-free. In today's world, this kind of sincere kindness is rare and deeply needed. Because of her, this UPS store has become the only location I want to visit. Every time I pass by, I feel comfort -- almost like healing -- because she brings that kind of gentle presence. Thank you for the wonderful service. People like her make the world softer, warmer, and so much better. And one more thing -- I often come here to drop off my Amazon returns and Nespresso recycling bags, and even though those things don't bring any profit, the staff always treat me with kindness. I usually use them just to drop off outgoing Ebay packages, but even then, I get a hello or a smile, and a thank you, (for JUST dropping a package and leaving, which by the way, you dont need to wait in line to drop a pre-labeled package). The few times I have needed assistance in finding a box and figuring out the best shipping method for me and my buyer, they have been informative and showed me multiple options while giving ME the choice, and not forcing one on me. Sure the price to ship out from there may be a little above post office, but you are paying for extra attentive service, AND you DONT have to stand in that darned loooong post office line, which to me is worth it. They also have Internet access available on their 'customer use' computer, which was extremely helpful when my internet at home was down and I had to print an Ebay label by a deadline. ** Note to Ebay sellers, You can ALSO drop off your pre-labeled Fed-X packages there . Also quite convenient. All in all, I am VERY glad they are there, and will always go to them before I'd go to post office. (no offense to our hard working USPS workers, I just love this place, it fits my needs well)

    The owner here has a nasty rapport with regular people dropping off stuff for ups and fedex like…read morenobody can do anything right.....and she is so rude to the driver guys (fedex, DHL, UPS). A younger employee Amanda is totally opposite and consistently pleasant and "professional." She is probably the reason this business survives. That or there are no other mailboxes to rent close enough to compete.

    First off, what an amazing store. I came in today for an office chair. Ended up leaving with one,…read morefull warranty (which actually saved me money), and assembly. Typically it takes 24-48 hours for your item(s) to be assembled. I explained that I am a student and that assembling it would save me time, however I was anxious to get it. I was able to come back within 2 hours of my purchase (completely unexpected). Nancy, who I'm assuming is the store manager, was nothing short of amazing. Her and the rest of the crew are really going the extra mile with their customer service. Seems simple, but as I was waiting in line, back to back customers had complaints about items, not wanting to listen to the warranty pitch (which trust me, no one ever wants to, but it's mandatory for them) overall putting the employees in a difficult situation. Yes I get it people, they get paid to do so. But if you ask me or anyone else who's worked in customer service, no one get paid enough to have their days ruined over minuscule things and adults who want to act like children. That being said, It's not easy to smile especially after the encounters before me. But these guys were awesome! Thanks again Nancy and Crew!

    very unhappy as I want to support local business but after an experience here couldn't wait to…read morepurchase online. 1)clerk had me go online for specifics on his inventory ; then after locating the product myself and 2) waiting patiently for him to get off the phone 3) he opted to tend to another customer who rudely cut in, not even acknowledging my presence. He actually walked away with her ( but not to find a product) , when he wouldn't take 2 mins to help me find something. They have lost a customer.
