    I called Kal to see if he could help repair my Echo gas weed trimmer. He doesn't work on them…read moreanymore because it's usually the same issue. He told me over the phone exactly what to do. Get all the gas out, pump the gas through the carburetor. Then let it sit overnight, replace the spark plug and clean the air filter. I really appreciate the time he took to help me out and without charging me a dime. I went to Home Depot and they had an Echo maintenance kit with the spark plug, new filter and a new fuel filter for $20. I installed it all in 5 minutes and followed Kal's instructions. It started right up and has been running great. I'll bring my chainsaws to Kal when they need maintenance. Highly recommended! Tom

    I called Kal about our lawn mower that had stopped working. I described the symptoms and asked if…read morethere's a chance he could come and pick it up and take it to his shop and get it fixed. While we were deciding on the schedule, Kal told me that from what I described, it seemed as if the solenoid was bad. He recommended I first check the solenoid to see if that was the problem before spending money on having it serviced professionally in his shop. Sure enough, it turned out that the solenoid was the culprit. I replaced it and now the mower works. So, I'm very grateful to Kal for his free advice that saved me both money and time. It was also a pleasure talking to Kal; I enjoyed his friendly and calm approach. I highly recommend Kal for any small-engine service.

Louie was very helpful on the phone and by text, including offering ideas on how I might fix the problem myself. Finally required an on-site visit from Louie and Clint to fix the problem and I had them also do a full service. Easy to work with, good communication and efficient. I'll be using Wickham whenever I need tractor help.

Wow did I score! Gary at Wickham in Longmont was so helpful had such great advice and didn't try to oversell me one bit. And I should mention that he had tons of patience because I'm not that easy. And I'm still trying to figure out how to work everything and I didn't have the manual so I called him up and he spent whatever he could with me on the phone making sure that I'm OK. Then he said call me anytime I'm here to help! I don't think customer service gets better than that. But again I was surprised! Melissa is the person on the back end that does all the credit apps and she too was super helpful and patient. Made sure I was getting everything I should and saved me a ton of money with Kabota insurance and a great deal on the extended warranty. It does not get better. That is the place to go!

I sat in the managers (Julio) office on March 17th, 2023 and placed and order for an item from Behlen Country. He said 6-7 weeks. At 7 weeks I called only to find out he never placed the order. So on May 2nd, he had Gary get in touch with me and Gary said he would place the order and it would be about 6 - 7 weeks. I just called on June 5th to check on it and Gary never placed the order. Claimed I said I didn't want to wait 6 weeks. Told him he was out of his mind. I have 42 animals waiting on that item to arrive so they can have additional living space. Why in the He!! would I say no to the order. These people must be smoking some the wacky weed. The store has set our ranch back now 12 weeks and it will be even further back by the time we find another business that can get this item for us. I will NEVER spend another dime at Bomgaars if at all possible, and especially at this location. Both of these idiots need to be on the unemployment line.
