Noco appliance was recommended to us by another local appliance company. I wish I'd researched…read moreNoco appliance more thoroughly before committing time and effort to work with them. Communication is absolutely terrible, Marcus no showed / no called on multiple appointments. When he did show, he was several hours late of the window they had established. They did send Jamie on a weekend but all she managed to do was make our machine completely broken as opposed to just quirky. So now we're stuck with a washer that worked a bit before and now doesn't work at all and they won't respond to calls on what the plan is moving forward. They've broken their express commitment to fix the problem and don't have the courtesy (or bravery?) to simply tell us they're not coming back. It's ridiculous to us that they won't even respond to come and get their brand new part out of the washer before we get rid of it to replace with a new one. We're just absolutely flabbergasted at how much this company doesn't respect their clients time , with all the no call/no shows, late arrivals and capping it off with their ghosting. I cannot stress enough that if you need work done on your appliance, look elsewhere.

Friendly, knowledgable, got me in quickly, arrived right on time. My dryer works like a dream. It must have been going out for a while as it now completely dries a load in way less time. The price was fair for the quality of service I received. Thank you.

He called back and asked for the year, make and model and we very briefly discussed the sounds that I was hearing. He gave me a quick pre-diagnosis based on that information, along with his (reasonable) service call fee plus an estimate for the work if it were to be the problem that he believed it to be. While the scheduling was a bit loose, he did get to the property within 48 hours. He diagnosed and verified that it was the problem that he had suspected, and having anticipated that, he had the part that was needed on hand. He gave a very reasonable estimate. I said, go ahead and in under an hour he had taken the drum out, replaced the part, tested the unit and explained what to expect for it and the washer over the next few years in terms of maintenance and issues that he commonly saw with them. And he also helped properly balance the washing machine, when he noticed that it seemed slightly off kilter. That was something I had not noticed and didn't ask him to do. He basically just did that in five minutes for no extra charge. Larry's experience and knowledge as a service professional is unmatched in this area based on my many years of experience with various providers. While scheduling may not be the strongest point here, and frankly it rarely is for any service provider - if you are somewhat flexible then you'll enjoy Larry's straight-shooting, top-notch service and extremely reasonable rates and very efficient expert repair. As well you get someone who goes above and beyond, including sharing his insight on what to expect in the near term for your home appliances. I continue to call on Larry for my appliance service needs in Northern Colorado. Highly recommend!

I had trouble shot all that I could determining that voltage was good, connections were good, cord was good and still it was not heating up properly. Each time we were told it was an "easy fix" we could do ourselves. Every diagnosis was wrong, every repair they suggested was pointless, and they still charged us $160. We should have known when the plumber they supposedly partner with even says he refuses to recommend them because they are so bad. When we asked for someone qualified to finally diagnose it correctly, Kristy said we'd have to pay the $160 again--because my husband followed the instructions their tech gave him. How does that make any sense? We trusted their technician. We were misdiagnosed three times. And somehow we're expected to pay for their mistakes twice and trust they'll finally send someone competent? Kristy's behavior was unbelievable. She was rude and dismissive. No empathy. No accountability. Just attitude. She said it was the owner's decision and that management "might" get back to me in a few days. We've already lost two weeks because their tech didn't know what he was doing. Any reputable business would try to make this right. Mr. Appliance didn't--they just tried to take more money. Stay far away.

And the issue they originally came out for is STILL not fixed. Add to that, every time they come out to "repair" my washer, I end up with the same problem as well as and additional problem. 5 times they've been out to "diagnose". 5 times they've been out to "repair". After the 5th "repair" my machine won't even turn on to start a load. 3 days of calling no returned calls. Ben, the "service manager", is apparently always in a meeting. So 10 days wasted waiting for incompetent repair men. Countless dollars waisted on a service plan to cover repairs. It seems the only thing this company is interested in is milking warranty work to get from the warranty without ever actually fixing an appliance. And as an added bonus, every time Ed was out here to diagnose he told me "it's not throwing any codes, so it doesn't look like anything is wrong"
