But I'm here to review Schrader propane, its great service and the old fella who showed up in a bobtail to service my tank was the most knowledgable propane professional I ever did meet, his name was John and he was a helluva dude and a great bobtail driver, he answered every single one of my questions in depth and even dropped a ton of knowledge on me about propane that I had no idea about. I cant wait till John brings me my next load of propane I will go out of my way to make sure I am there just to shoot the breeze with him, what a guy and what a company. HOORAY FOR SCHRADERS!

This store is on the southwest corner of 16th Street and US 85 bypass, just southeast of downtown Greeley. They have gas & diesel pumps primarily for cars or small box trucks. My large commercial vehicle has to park at the curb out front. They have a large selection of packaged food and drinks + a small kitchen where they have make sandwiches and prepare Godfather's Pizza. Their restrooms (men & women) are clean. In my experience, the staff are friendly and efficient. They recently expanded their hours.

I called them and they tried to make it sound like they were doing me a huge favor and decided that this one time they would give me the 200 gallons, but I would be on a fill schedule and they would top off the tank. I find that these people bait and switch a lot and disregard what their customers request and require potentially putting their customers in dire financial straits.. They are not to be trusted and will attempt to extort money from you. So I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere.

As a customer of perhaps 11 years, more or less, give or take, who has always paid you in full and on time, it has been an absolute honor to allow you to serve me. As of late, it is even more of a privilege and pleasure to allow you to charge me a higher rate than your other customers especially after I have lost my job 2 years ago and unable to secure another adequate paying job in the time that followed. It has been even more of a comfort to know that you have gone way out of your way to "break the rules to take care of me." Shame on me for complaining that I am charged a higher rate and may God strike me dead for not offering to pay you even more than your highest rate. May I applaud you for the outstanding job you have done in making sure I have been given the best of both product and service. I am especially fond of the time I paid $1100 for 600 or so gallons of propane in a summer fill. Your service department hooked the two tanks together and whilst doing so, a slight blunder in a poor connection left me with no heat or hot water that very evening on a quite chilly night assuring me the greatest pleasure in having to call your service department and rendezvous with them at at 1 a.m to correct this slight technicality. With that being said, at the least, and I am so humbly grateful that they did drive all the way up the high mountain top to provide propane, something which I had paid for prior and paid in full. I must have lost my head in a moment of irrationality thinking that because people are human and have hardships that anyone should give a flying leap. Whatever could have gotten into me to have such thoughts. Thank you for your generosity and I so humbly accept your lashing out at me. After all, I am only a customer, and certainly do not deserve any respect. I truly appreciate the "special treatment" you so gallantly have ultimately provided to me allowing me to have propane that I paid for in my tank. I especially loved your remark that I called corporate a while back to put in a complaint and how dare I do so, especially after you and your illustrious personnel flatly refused to deliver propane to me. I apologize for having a deadly disease that surely I could and should have prevented from interfering with my ability to earn the amount of money which measures up to your standards. I apologize for not using up my propane according to your time schedule as I am certain all your other customers must do. I again thank you for the opportunity to allow you to be condescending, thoughtless, patronizing and to provide propane to me all these years--especially I am in awe of your staff's ability to go out of their way in these difficult times. I don't know if I can find the words to adequately thank you for all your words of insult. Agfinity, Inc. must be so very proud of your dedication. I apologize in advance that I own my own tank and purchased it when I built the house 13 years ago. I probably should have checked with you prior to making the tank purchase, but if you could please accept my sincerest apologies for not knowing you then. I have autopay which has ensured that I was never late on a payment. They snuck in a filled over 800$ on my tank without notice. I called to ask for time and split payments and solutions on this bill. The autopayed it anyway and now I have a huge credit that they will not refund. They accused me of late pay, and said I would have to find another company and tank before issuing the credit. Unethical, poor business practice, rude and ill informed by miss Lisa in the office make me want to seek an attorney.

Unlike other hardware and home improvement shops in town, these people are actually available and willing to assist. Walking in, you are greeted by the smiling faces of team members willing to guide you to what you need. They make the buying process fast and efficient. The paint department was knowledgeable about interior decor, helping to select the right color for my needs. They were quick in custom mixing and the final product was exact. Although a small store, Erik was able to order in anything I needed and have it in a couple days. Their blade sharpening service was also drastically faster than anywhere else from Fort Collins to Greeley - with a 2 day turn around compared to 2 weeks elsewhere. While this store may be a out of the way, you're much better served coming here over the other stores in Northern Colorado.

The co-op will sell you grass seed of all sorts by the pound and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! I also discovered they have a section next to the grass seed for vegetable seeds and wildflower seeds by the scoop. If you are having trouble growing grass of the conventional sort, we ended up planting premium pasture seed. I think that stuff will grow on pavement! One gentleman told me it would not be as soft but I walk barefoot in my backyard and am very satisfied with it. The only drawback I have experienced is it needs to be mowed a little more. Otherwise, it was a cheap and hardy solution to our landscaping needs!

After keeping my Power DR Mower for 11 days to repair a cable and fix a backfire issue ( which was caused by their mechanic) First day back the mower will not mow thru sparse grass and bogs out in thick grass. Never had these issues. I call and speak to Derek... I ask Derek ... what is the solution... he states I have NO solution. This is the treatment you can expect after being a customer for 7 plus years.
