When we got home, I noticed one was potentially full of mold and the other had a huge gash in it that was affected its integrity. When I tried to have them replaced, they said no - even though we didn't get to select the boards. They didn't return the boards, but kept them and then I had to buy a new board and they at least gave me new one board free that I got to pick out. It was a horrible experience and I wasn't trying to return bad boards I picked, they did the picking. Management didn't provide quality customer service and I know I will never go there again. The person who was at the register and the one who cut my new boards had supreme customer service - management can learn a thing or two from them.

I received an order confirmation email from Ace. I called the store today to see if I could pick up the trimmer tomorrow and was told that their computer said not to fulfill the order. The rep suggested that I place the order again. I tried repeatedly to log in to Ace's website and even tried to order the trimmer as a guest, but the website was dysfunctional. So I found a similar trimmer at Lowes for $153 and ordered it there. I figured it was worth $13 to me to buy a trimmer without all the hassle I had to go through with Ace.

The are abundantly staffed, and the employees are knowledgeable and and always very helpful. The quality of the products they offer is often higher than what I find at the big box stores; and I'd rather buy something which will work well and last a long time than buy multiple iterations of lower quality products. Their downstairs area has top quality grills, and a fantastic selection. It's a gem of a hardware store.

Josh and Ashley at the Greeley Lowes came to our rescue by peronally coming to the property - along with a new contractor - evaluated the situation, and resolved it completely. We're very grateful for their helpfulness and attention, and am VERY impressed with the proactive approach they've taken to care for their customer. We highly recommend this Lowes store, and will happily continue to work with them for everything we need for upcoming projects.

Placed an order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday from Greeley and it never arrived…read more Called Greeley around 4pm because product was supposed to be delivered in-between 11:30-3:30 and they are supposed to call an hour beforehand. Greeley stated it's still running on time. Called the Greeley store again at 6:38pm store stated it would still be on-time (meaning before 8pm), never arrived. Now it's the following day, called the Greeley store and they sent me to fulfillment which didn't answer the phone. Called the delivery people 303-253-6966 and she put me on hold for 30 minutes, maybe because I called so early. But she only answered the phone from being on hold once the Greeley store transferred me to fulfillment (I was using two phones) thinking that she may come back on the line if the other line rang, which she did. They can't tell me when my order will be delivered and they need 24 hours to figure it out. I told her I could have someone go get it and then she asked if I have a flat bed truck. Actually, yes I do, can I have it picked up, because we really need it today. Well, no we can't go pick it up. So, spent 2k on flooring and another $80 to be delivered and have no idea when it will be delivered. Thumbs up, for having your stuff together (insert rolling eye emoji here). Horrible, frustrating, disappointing and waste of time. I was trying to save us time by not having to drive to Greeley, I think I just wasted the same amount of time having to be on the phone.

They screwed up on our large carpet order! Installer gave them dimensions in YARDS (per usual) girl…read morethat took the order turned it in as FEET (clueless) therefore, we were short on carpet! In a larger area had to turn the carpet the other way (wasn't measured right!) and put THREE TO FOUR SEAMS in it instead of ONE! They're screw up cost us about $800!! Not to mention time, anxiety, and our house was torn up for a week. Depot did NOTHING to make this right or even acknowledge they screwed up! Suggestion wouldn't buy carpet from them!
