But don't let that put you off, the queue moves quickly. At first I used to get just the paella, which has chicken and chorizo, with optional aioli sauce. But now I opt for the half and half, which includes their other dish of lamb meatballs and cous cous too. This is also delicious. For 8 EUR the portion is massive and I can never finish it in one go. So now I have next days lunch sorted too - yay! I highly recommend The Paella Guys, it deserves at least one try.

Although it's always made fresh, I always feel like there is more chicken & chourizo in the first batches, then they tend to skimp and you'll get mostly rice, which feels like a cheat. Looking forward to trying the rest of the places, though I have to get burnt out on the Paella first and that will be hard, it's just so good! Closer to the entrance is also table with sweets, everything there is delicious so save room for dessert!

My favourites food stands here are The Paella Guys and Lebanese House. The paella stand also does lamb meatballs and they even have the option to have half and half. All dishes are 8 EUR, which is good value. You will be stuffed with the amount they give you. Lebanese House does Koftas, but I go for the falafel wrap. For 5 EUR are filling and very tasty. I've not tried many of the other food stands here lately, so cannot comment on them. But you can get a good idea of what stands are popular by their queues. It's great to get your food here and then go over to the Iveagh Gardens to eat your lunch. Recommended.

I think we waited around 15 minutes before our order was ready to go and it still warm when we made it back to our hotel. The beef bulgogi and pork jeyuk were nicely packed with sides of seasoned bean sprouts, edamame, Kim chee and some greens. The purple rice was quite different but good. We tried both the Korean Chili and BBQ sauces and those paired well with the meats. Overall was a very filling meal and worth a repeat.

Being from Miami, we were pleasantly surprised to find Venezuelan food in Ireland. Not only were the arepas delicious but they were one of the best I had ever tasted. The meat was tender and flavorful with the right amount of beans, cheese and sauces. I had "La Pelua" and my wife had the Pacheco. Top it off with the perfectly fried yuca fries and a pint of red ale for $14 Euros. Definitely can't wait to go back to Ireland and will have another arepa.

They call it a 'Food Bar' but the food doesn't come in pint glasses or anything (bags that btw) and I can't discern an exact ethnicity for it. It could be Irish now that I think of it but I just don't know. I ate here on the first weekend the place opened a few months ago. I had a good staple carvery chicken lunch. It was good but nothing to write home about unfortunately. The staff are as friendly as it gets though and are determined to become a permanent fixture in the Epicurean.
