I came down to NC from Chicago over Christmas to help take care of my 90-year-old grandfather. The…read moreday before we left, all of a sudden the toilet wasn't flushing right. I tried plunging it and all of a sudden sewage started backing up into the shower, it was absolutely atrocious. My grandfather needs a high level of care. He has to have nurse aids and is barely mobile. I was desperate to get the problem fixed. I couldn't leave his home knowing that nobody could flush the toilet! Every place I called was completely backed up because of the holiday. Apparently when you use a lot of extra water and there's been a lot of rain, it really puts the pressure on your septic system. I brought in a family friend who is the son of a plumber and he was certain it was the septic tank that was too full. After calling every place I could, nobody was able to make it out before I had to fly back home. To make matters worse, it was the weekend! Because of the holiday all of the truck tanks were full and the waste disposal was closed, so they couldn't be emptied. I was at the airport when I received a second call back from All Pro Enviro. They had originally told me they couldn't come for a few days. I had explained my desperation about the situation our first conversation. The gentleman I spoke with knew it was a really big deal because of my grandfather's health. He went above and beyond and did not charge extra and took care of the problem. He sent me pictures of the before and after. He did a great job and a great favor to us. These are the kind of folks who deserve your business!

I had actually called a couple of other companies before I reached out to All Pro Enviro. The other companies quoted a higher rate and couldn't add me to the schedule until a week out...even a company that advertised "next day service" said they didn't have availability until 10 days out. That didn't sound like "next day" to me. But anyway, on the scheduled pump-out day with All Pro Enviro, Chris arrived and was very professional and respectful, asking where he would be able to drag his hose so that he wasn't encroaching on the neighbor's lawn. Once he started pumping, he brought me back over so that I could get a look at what was going on down in the tank. He also showed me where there was a consistent drip that was occurring, and he gave me some advice on what to do. He was so cool. After I thanked him he said to me "I just try to help people...I love what I do". Now that was a first! I've had this grinder pump cleaned out a number of times over the past 2 years and NEVER have I come across someone with such a great attitude about what they were doing. Leaving this review is one of the easiest things that I've had to do in a while. My advice to anyone looking for a company to do septic pump outs or any other plumbing, you cannot go wrong by reaching out to All Pro Enviro!

Apparently, though, since my home was built in '76, my tank is deeper so I get to be charged more... to use a miniature backhoe that was already on the truck! I'll dig the hole next time (down to 2 stars). My septic field had a problem and Jason diagnosed it without me being able to provide m/any details at all and prescribed the fix... not just a simple pump, but not his fault (up to 4 stars). Bottom Line: If you're just needing a simple septic pump, probably another company that ONLY does pumping will do. Autry's seems to be really knowledgeable & carries a lot of overhead for MUCH bigger projects thereby bumping the price for small projects. I'm hiring them to do the 2nd fix for my system, so money where my mouth is.

We knew from how the rainwater was draining into the tank that something was wrong with it. Turns out roots and previous owner poor maintenance. Willie and his crew did a great job! With the gravel, replacing the distribution boxes, digging and refilling, and repairing and adding on in general. He advised me on all my options and I selected the one I felt would work best short and long term. Very happy using this company!! I've had to call on Willie's a few times. This is my first septic system and I ended up with 2 tanks on the property I bought in November. I used Willie's during the inspection period to clean out and look at the condition of the tanks before purchasing. When I called Willie Sr to discuss what they found, Willie took a good amount time to educate me on how a septic system works and how to care for it answering all my rookie questions too. Sometime after I moved in I contacted Willie's to pump both tanks again because of concerns I had about the previous owners usage and care before closing. Herschel came out and pumped both tanks. He remembered my property from the inspection period and knew how to best access the tanks. He provided me with great insight on where the drainage fields were and how to protect them from roots, and how to treat the tanks with yeast. I know he was fitting me in on a busy day so really appreciated when he took the time to have me listen to the rainwater draining back into the tank. He told me his concern was there may be something wrong with the drainage field for this to happen. He stayed as long as he could trying to help and answer all my questions. I came to learn after that the previous owners used a garbage disposal A LOT (which I have since removed) which can help ruin a drainage field, so when 2 months later my toilet didn't flush my suspicions were confirmed and I called Willie's ASAP. Once again Willie Jr fit me in on a busy day knowing I couldn't use the bathrooms or shower until I got pumped. Herschel serviced my property again and was as pleasant and helpful and professional as always. And I was so glad to see him!!! I will be calling Willie's every few months until I can commit to replace the drainage field which they have quoted me on. I appreciate them.
