We called Willie Saturday afternoon and within 3 hours he was at our house! We did not expect same day service on the weekend and we certainly didn't expect NOT to pay a weekend fee. Willie determined we had a ball of grease lodged in the pipe coming out of the kitchen sink, in the past other companies have given up or wanted to charge an additional fee, at which point we've had to drive to Home Depot, rent an auger, which is NOT fun, get it home, and work tirelessly attempting to free the blockage. But not with Willie! He extended our hose into the pipe and worked the blockage until it released. Like another reviewer mentioned, he also gave us great tips on maintaining our septic system. He even read the ingredients on the current monthly treatment we use and suggested we add active yeast after using the product each month. It is clear that Willie is not looking to make a quick buck, but rather a loyal client for years to come and with that service, he has found that with us. read more

Update May 2021: Willie's is still great! I decided to add onto my drainage field a few hundred feet. We knew from how the rainwater was draining into the tank that something was wrong with it. Turns out roots and previous owner poor maintenance. Willie and his crew did a great job! With the gravel, replacing the distribution boxes, digging and refilling, and repairing and adding on in general. He advised me on all my options and I selected the one I felt would work best short and long term. Very happy using this company!! I've had to call on Willie's a few times. This is my first septic system and I ended up with 2 tanks on the property I bought in November. I used Willie's during the inspection period to clean out and look at the condition of the tanks before purchasing. When I called Willie Sr to discuss what they found, Willie took a good amount time to educate me on how a septic system works and how to care for it answering all my rookie questions too. Sometime after I moved in I contacted Willie's to pump both tanks again because of concerns I had about the previous owners usage and care before closing. Herschel came out and pumped both tanks. He remembered my property from the inspection period and knew how to best access the tanks. He provided me with great insight on where the drainage fields were and how to protect them from roots, and how to treat the tanks with yeast. I know he was fitting me in on a busy day so really appreciated when he took the time to have me listen to the rainwater draining back into the tank. He told me his concern was there may be something wrong with the drainage field for this to happen. He stayed as long as he could trying to help and answer all my questions. I came to learn after that the previous owners used a garbage disposal A LOT (which I have since removed) which can help ruin a drainage field, so when 2 months later my toilet didn't flush my suspicions were confirmed and I called Willie's ASAP. Once again Willie Jr fit me in on a busy day knowing I couldn't use the bathrooms or shower until I got pumped. Herschel serviced my property again and was as pleasant and helpful and professional as always. And I was so glad to see him!!!
