I sat in their waiting room for 1hr and 20 mins before I got up and still notice my car was still in the parking lot. I went to Managers office to let Vinny know. He just said something like "the machine is down"... we are fixing it... rebooting it... I still waited another 20 mins then I got up and again went to his office to complaint. As I was talking to Vinny , this guy Miami comes to tell me to shut up.... like he owns the business or as if he had answers for my problem. No one invited you to this conversation! Vinny has no caliber to be a Manager, He was not aware that the machine was down. He never got up from his chair or invited me into his office to discuss the issue. He shout everything from his comfortable chair. Someone could've come to me as soon as I walked in that morning and said the machine was down and offer solutions. No one did. I found out the hard way after 1hr and 20 mins. I asked for my car key and took my business somewhere else. It's very unfortunate... such poor customer service.... Even the guy that checks in cars Miami came to make a scene and scream at me, been so disrespectful... and this is all in front of Vinny, the Customer Service Manager !!!! We've been buying KIA's since 1999... and this is by far the worst experience. Hope the owners take notice and most importantly all potential customers out there... If they knew the machine was down prior to 930am , they could've call me and reschedule, but no, they had me there seating down for 1hr and 20 mins before I got up. Not here, Riccie was fair and allowed me anytime because I was the first one so when he knew that I was interested he held the Vehicle for me. The vehicle is in Massapequa New York so I needed a little bit of time since I live in Bergen County, New Jersey, which is about an hour and a half away with traffic. It was about two hours. He was very communicative about the whole process and how to get everything set up beforehand in case I decided to take the vehicle so that way it will be a quick transaction and I was not obligated to take the vehicle if I decided against it. I had a wonderful experience. The car was detailed beautifully. He was 100% true to price. The price he had listed was the price I went home at and since I'm out of state I will go to the DMV myself which is fine. He helped me get my enterprise vehicle to enterprise and then sent a car to pick me up. Overall, I was really pleasantly surprised that I absolutely loved the car to drive down get in the car during the test I'd be allowed to have that time with the car to feel how I felt and I opened every window and everyone doors and everything used each car was awesome When my car was totaled, I was so afraid that I was not at the front a car that was as nice since I had just spent 15,000 on it last year and insurance never gives you the same amount but I found a car that I honestly think is nicer and although it had a little bit more miles like by 10,000 maybe this brand will last longer than the car I had and I couldn't be happier. There was absolutely no parking there, NONE. The whole front of the place is lined up with Jeeps they can't sell. So I was parked with my wife in the car half in the Service driveway. I figured I'd follow the runner across the street to the Used Car lot and he ended up coming back from another used lot. They wonder why they can't move inventory. When he finakky showed up with the vehicle this "salesman/Runner" couldn't answer 1 question about the Vehicle. I walked away. Everything was spelled out for me. The best part - no hidden fees on the advertising price. It was the vehicle price + DMV fees + tax. That's it. Paperwork was simple. DMV process was smooth. From the time I saw the car to the time I left, I was there for 1.5 hours. The paperwork, registration, inspection, and transferring plates was about 45 mins - 1 hour altogether. In between all of it, and while waiting for Geico, he bought me coffee. I know trusting the car-buying process isn't easy, and the entire time, it just felt like I was in a great spot. I said no I only wanted to pay the taxes and DMV Fees which came to 1500. Ohh.. he said but u have to pay a bank fee of 595 and an administrator fee of 800. I never in my life of leasing cars had to pay such things . So I said the deal us off and put my plates back on my car . He then left to talk to the manager or whomever, after returning he said ok just the taxes and DMV fee. The lesson here .. Never pay a made up " bank fee and administrator " fee , and never go to massapequa nissan . Shady people that would have taken 1400 more out of my pocket had I not spoken up.
