    Fried chicken sandwich
    Samantha H.

Walked over here to get lunch from the Crayola factory. We had trouble finding it at first but it is located in the Easton Public Market. They have all the typical BBQ offerings. I had the fried chicken sandwich and my husband had the pulled pork sandwich. My son and daughter split the kids chicken fingers. My fried chicken sandwich was very good and my husband liked his pulled pork sandwich too. The kids chicken fingers looked good and was a good sized portion considering the two of them still didn't finish it. Overall, I would defintley come here again. It was $45 for our lunch so it isn't cheap but I'm sure I would've paid just as much to eat at Crayola so at least here I am getting good food.

We ordered the meat platter for 2ish and that came with the two types of slaws, pickled jalapeños, cucumbers and red onions, for our meats we asked for the brisket and the pulled pork. For our sides We ordered the collard greens and the five cheese Mac'n'cheese. Along with that, we ordered the half rack of ribs (that isn't included in the meat options for the platter). Overall, I didn't think the bbq was outstanding or too flavorful. I felt that I had to keep pouring the bbq sauces on to the meat to add more flavor. The ribs were softish and did fall off the bone but there were also dry bits at the edges. The brisket was decently tender and there were some fatty bits, but i prefer more fatty brisket. The pulled pork wasn't too dry. The collard greens were vinegary and is a good side to cut the greasiness/meatiness of the bbq. The Mac 'n'cheese was creamy but I don't think it tasted as cheesy as the name suggested. The slaws were crunchy and tart. I did enjoy the bbq sauces they had but I forgot which was which. Due to the bbq not being too flavorful for my preference, I don't think I would try this place again.

Came here after going to the crayola experience. Last time I tried the burger spot and it was great so I figured this bbq place had to be good. Wow was it not good, just plain bad. My daughter got the popcorn chicken which was good but burned. I opted for the two meat platter and got brisket and spare ribs and burnt ends baked beans. I am a weekend smoker and an amateur in every sense of the word but wow this was the safest brisket I have ever seen and tasted. The ribs were fine, definitely steamed with an overpowering cumin taste. For 35 you're better off throwing your money away or getting the fried hot dog around the corner. Oh and the macron I and cheese had less flavor than a box of Kraft macaroni and cheese

    Platter for 2'ish

More than Q BBQ is a restaurant inside Easton Public Market than specializes in Texas-style BBQ. I've heard nothing but good things about this place but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. I ordered the Platter For 2'ish. It comes with two meats, two small sides, and two drinks. Let me start off by saying this is a meal for one, not two. For almost $45.00, I couldn't believe how small the portions were. I went with Brisket and Pulled Pork for my meat selections and the Burnt-End Baked Beans and Five Cheese Mac & Cheese for my sides. I wasn't impressed with anything. The brisket was tender but fatty, the pulled pork had a great flavor but very salty, the mac was dry, and the burnt-end baked beans I just wasn't a fan of. Dine-in, takeout, and no contact delivery are all available. More than Q also does catering. Love at first sight. Incredible. Meaty. Delicious. Go there and eat it. Immediately. Absolutely worth the time, money, and drive if you're not close. Amazing service and a manager who believes in his product.

That was some good brisket. We went to Georgia last fall and we went to one of the award winning BBQ place, I cannot remember exactly what it tasted like except it was good and I must say this is up there with the other place. The fatty part melt in your mouth perfect. The non fatty part is good though obviously not as tender. All the ingredients work really well together. The bread is excellent, my 4 year old loved it so much. Service was great and the public market (where it is located inside) is a nice place to eat. Will definitely come back next time we go to Crayola.

More than Q is the best BBQ in the Lehigh valley. Whenever I am in the mood for a great brisket sandwich or pulled pork, I stop in the public market and get one from them. The manager Jon is top notch and always provides excellent customer service while keeping the restaurant running smoothly. If you love your meats, you need to stop in more than Q!

Top is pulled pork sandwich, with brisket on right and Mac and Cheese on right.

This place earns a 2 for service and 4 for taste, so I give the average of 3 The man serving and preparing the food wore one black glove for 6 trays, dipping the same hand into the sides and cutting and arranging the meat. The ungloved hand manipulated the unimpressive roll and wiped the itch he had. The glove was just gross. Gloves aside, he and the woman who took the order were surly and rolled their eyes and snickered at our questions about the different sides and cuts of meat. The brisket was 2/3 meat, with a strip of fat running through the cut, yet that said, the flavor was mild and smokey, and thin bbq sauce well seasoned. A nice tasting, albeit quite salty, meal, enhanced by refreshing sides of vinegar slaw and pickles. The super creamy Mac and Cheese was also quite salty, and we felt the effects long after the meal.

More Than Q catered my husband's birthday party. All the guests were raving about the food. Reasonable pricing. Matt and team were responsive, reliable, and friendly. Thank you!

Wow! I had been seeing notes about this place in several…read moreplaces. In the reviews and pictures on here, especially the Brussel Sprouts. The menu is extensive and the Specials on 3-21-26 were amazing. I started with a Tropical Bunny martini that was one of the best drinks I've ever had. My husband had a beer (boring!!!) My husband had the 12.oz lobster (warm water) that was cooked absolutely perfect, served with butter kept warm with candle () and a double side of the Brussel Sprouts with bacon which were perfect and delicious and just cut in half, not pulverized like so many chefs are doing now. The other side for him was a very fresh salad and he liked the amount of dressing. I had the Chicken & Crab Frances over linguini which was excellent. I had the Cream of Cauliflower soup to start and it was excellent. The waitress (who was totally awesome) said it took first place at Steel Stacks and I can believe it. I got a Turkey diner to go and I've sneaked a taste and I'm going to love that tomorrow. In addition to our server, the chef's mother came to check on us which was very sweet and it was easy to tell why the place has been in business so long with her support. A lot of pride in the food from her son and the business itself as it is very very clean. We are coming back for sure as this is a true GEM in Easton. Reservations were suggested, which is good and the prices are very reasonable. The soup was so good they should think about a soup flight, which would make an awesome lunch special in winter.

It was decorated so nicely throughout. Our server came right over, was friendly and made sure we got drinks very quickly. Throughout our service other servers jumped in when they noticed we needed refills and new drinks, I loved seeing them work as a team and take good care of us. Soups and salads were delicious. I ordered the special Chicken croquettes. They were fantastic! The mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food and most importantly everything was brought to us so nice and hot, which is super appreciated. Excellent experience and can't wait to come back again soon. Highly recommend!
