They backed down when I reminded them it's 100% covered, but told us we'd have to pay up front next time. * Unprofessional Jokes: While I was lying in the chair waiting, the dentist came in, looked at me and told his hygienist, "Oh, I thought she is dead." The hygienist replied, "Oh, she is too stressful for being here." It was incredibly offensive and upsetting. * Dismissive Care: The dentist stated a lower front tooth needed extraction due to inflammation, though I feel no pain. When I asked about replacement options, he refused to answer and said I had to book a completely separate appointment just to come in to discuss the options. We are leaving this practice and looking for a dentist who respects their patients.
