After Dr. Snodgrass retired he left us in the very competent hands of Dr. Tony Chung, DDS! Every time I have an appointment I am thankful for Dr. Chung. His work is exceptional. I've never had any pain while in his care. He's talented, professional, considerate and kind. His staff is polite, the office is always clean and his equipment is always up-to-date. My dental hygienist Amy has kept my teeth and gums clean for so many years! I always look forward to my appointments with her. I recently changed jobs and my insurance has changed. I will no longer be able to go to Dr. Chung and Amy but I wanted to leave a review and express how grateful my family and I have been for all these years. My Husband (who sometimes can be skeptical of dental offices) my 6 year old, 9 year old and myself stumbled across Dr. Chungs office after our older dds retired. From the start they have been welcoming, patient, and always accommodating with our endless needing to reschedule due to illness or work schedule. We trust Dr. Chung with our teeth and appreciate how much he's willing to explain when we get confused! Often for cleanings I take the two kids and myself to get our cleanings done at the same time. I couldn't do that without the amazing staff! The hygienist always has great conversation and Maj takes the kids to clean thier teeth and keep them busy! I hate to leave this review because I loved dr Tony Chung. I had a great experience with him a couple months ago. I was sent an estimate on extractions and cleanings etc maybe a couple days after my visit. I informed the front desk staff on June 11 that we received an additional insurance to help pay for the total because of new employment benefits. I called June 11 and waited for the quote. I decided a month later not to wait any longer. I came to the office to pay a check up bill that came into the mail and asked for the quote again July 15. The front desk staff said they would send it. It is now July 23rd a whole week later and I called the office. They said when they finish it, they will send it. My question is: does it take a month to make an estimate? How many times do we have to follow up to get an updated estimate? My wife's tooth is hurting now and I regret not calling them more often to remind them because now I'm thinking it will be emergency dental work.. I just hope front desk can hold up to the same standards as Dr. Chung. read more

Dr. Tony Chung and his staff definitely deserve their 5 Stars rating! I was so relieved to be seen on an emergent basis last week since I found out a cap on one of my Right lower molars broke & they managed to squeeze me in to assess the damage & take some x rays. So today I'll have a temporary cap put in & return in a week for the permanent cap. Mariah even offered a warm soft blanket to comfort me last week & today as well. Tony is best dentist I ever had. Not only is he very good at what he's doing, but also does he care his patients. After I had a root canal with another doctor, I found Dr Tony to do my crown. He identified a potential problem with my previous root canal and contacted the doctor who did it on my behalf. The root canal doctor re-done my root canal afterwards without extra charge. Dr Tony checked again and then finished the crown. I really appreciate it. Recently I had a dental emergency. I called him at night, and he came to see me at 10pm same night and took 2 hours to take care of everything. I was assuming he would schedule me the next day early morning, but he told me my case cannot wait after checking my pictures, so he drove from home directly. He went home over 12am that night, sorry about that... I truly believe you can't find better doctors than him anywhere else. read more

Dr. Chung is a miracle worker. My dad referred me to him because my primary dentist kept screwing up my fillings. As a result, I had a relatively large cavity in between my two front teeth for over 2 years and it was sensitive and bothersome whenever air would hit them. My dentist kept telling me it was fine and she didn't know why it was sensitive. I mistakenly took her word for it, until it started to get increasingly painful. I went into Dr. Chung's office for a consultation about this and he reassured me there was in fact a cavity there. I was concerned given it was visible to me in the mirror and the extent of the pain. He took me in a few days later, cleaned it out, and took his time carefully drilling the cavity and installing a new filling. I'm happy to say my sensitivity is not only 100% gone, my tooth looks like there was never a cavity to begin with. He made the composite filling smooth and matched the color of my teeth. I am beyond impressed by his work and timeliness, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. read more

Dr. Chung and all the staff are wonderful! I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time, and he made sure I was comfortable. I had to get many fillings over a few weeks, and now I'm known by name as soon as I walk in. I had been dreading going to the dentist and this was the best dental experience I can imagine. I had a great experience visiting Dr. Chung for the first time. My family has been using him for a few months and they have been telling me great experiences. What was great are: the staff is very very friendly and helpful, the facility is beautiful with flowers & trees facing the dental chairs, space is clean, neat, and modern, the doctor is friendly, listens well, competent, and willing to spend time working on you. All the staff in this office are simply awesome. They truly love their patients and it feels like a family reunion with every visit. They are true professionals in a state of the art office. I have now been seeing him and one of his awesome hygienists (Amy) for over 2 years and have nothing but good things to say. Tony is GREAT. I had one wisdom tooth removed back in Norway and that experience was hell. Extreme swelling, pain and throwing up for a week....not fun. I had three wisdoms teeth removed at the same time by Tony and it was a completely different experience. I got some type of valium during the procedure which help a lot, I can barely remember any of it. Almost no swelling and I felt great after just a couple of days. Came here last year to get a panoramic x-ray of my teeth in order to get consultation for wisdom teeth extraction. Heard great things about this place so decided to use this place. Unfortunately, work came up last minute and I had to indefinitely postpone the appointment for the actual extraction. Early this year, they called me wondering if I had time to set up an appointment again. I did, so I came in and had 4 wisdom teeth extracted all at once. Based on my understanding, their policy is to extract all 4 at once. They gave me a pill like valium so I was conscious but they, of course, numbed everything. Another side effect of the pill was that you forget just about everything. I have faint memories of the procedure but not much else. I don't even remember my friend picking me up or getting back to his place. Anyway, the place did amazing work. My bottom wisdom teeth were impacted and still partially in the gum which is why I needed a specialist. Tony(I assume he was my dentist) was very professional and even personally called me after to check up on me. I currently have minimal to no swelling, and no pain. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone else looking for wisdom teeth extraction! read more

Dr. Chung and his staff are great!! I have avoided the dentist at almost all costs for the last few years because of fear. But Dr. Chung has calmed my fears and hesitation. I had 2 cavities filed this morning, and although the novocaine is still going full strength, the normal pain of getting injected was gone. Other than the normal drilling noise, he let me wear headphones will doing the drilling, and gave me some hand signals to use if i was in any pain. No pain, great experience. Overall a pleasant experience. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family. He's a great dentist!! read more

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Chung and his team. Dr. Chung, Amy, Stephanie and Pam are always very friendly and very professional. I had a deep cleaning done, a few cavities treated, a couple of fillings next to the gum line and a crown replaced. Everything went smoothly and exactly as planned in the first visit. Replacing my crown was personally a big deal for me. I broke my front tooth when I was 7 and grew up always having issues with it breaking, falling out and not being aesthetically pleasing. I finally had a crown in place for the past 15 years without any issues, so I really dreaded the day I would ever have to replace it. Dr. Chung did a fantastic job replacing my old crown, from the moment he tactfully recommended me to replace it. The process was fast and hassle free, and it now looks better than it ever has.
