This is a place that I'm bringing my Wella ? I think not. The website says "Top-tier, 5 star amenities and savory food to let your loved ones enjoy life". I don't know if the website hasn't been updated or i went the wrong facility ? But the time we spent there i would never go back. I am putting a review on every social media they have. The word needs to be put out. If you have any questions or were thinking of taking your loved one here, please message me before you waist your time. I'm happy to help. I hope the owners read this and make changes. The Facebook group Midlothian Moms will hear about is as well. I'm not playing games when it comes to my family.

Since the first day of admittance, every visit involved me asking them why routine services were not being performed. Complete negligence. I would visit 3 to 4 times a week. My parent hadn't had a shower in a week because of the lack of communication between shifts to them wearing the same clothes for 3 to 4 days again with no shower. I walked into their room, and the bed had feces on it and it was all over the floor in their room, on their shoes and they were tracking all over the memory care unit and no one noticed until I arrived and brought it to the staff's attention. This happened 3 to 4 times. Lots of promises were made to make things better but no consistent execution ever followed those promises. I explained that all I wanted was consistency and that was never delivered. As stated before, communication with staff and between staff is horrible and effort in care is minimal. This place does not execute a consistent standard of acceptable care.

Morada Assisted Living Cedar Hill TX…read more I moved my Mother into this facility on 6 June 2024 and moved her out on 2 July 2024. Here's why: 1. Most of the care-takers my mother encountered were down right rude and unfriendly. I also experienced the rudeness first hand. Ginger is the best med-tech in the facility. 2. I reached out to the acting director, Bradley Buschow via text to introduce myself and to let him know my Mother had moved in 2 days prior. I also inquired about the broken handicap accessible remote door that was not working when we visited the facility in April and still was not working. This is a facility with elderly using walkers. Two days passed and I still had not received a response. I text back to confirm I had the correct telephone number and still no response. I finally asked the Marketing director if the number was correct and she confirmed that it was. I told her I reached out and did not get a response. She quickly said he was probably tied up (excuses) and she would reach out to him. Brad finally returned called and was anything but welcoming. He claimed that was his personal number and he doesn't carry his personal phone during the day... reminder...I sent text days ago. He then began to tell me he was unaware the door was broken. I told him it was at a minimum not working since April. He then proceeded to tell me the process of submitting a work request. Hmmm, is it the family of residents responsibility to submit work request for the facility? The next day, I submitted our 30 day notice that we were moving from the facility. Once again, no response. He finally reached back out to tell me the door was fixed and if there was anything he could do to improve our experience at Morada....TOO Late Brad!! 3. I reached out to the Business Manager Barbara, 4 days ago regarding final rent payment. Still awaiting response and we moved out today, 4. The Management team has no urgency in matters, lack common business relationship acumen and do not know their residents. Leadership starts at the top and flows down. This is probably why they have so many caregivers that act like they don't want to be there. 5. Morada corporate, this facility needs an overhaul....or maybe you are aware of the poor leadership team and just don't care about the care of our elderly. Do Better! 6. PLEASE do not move your loved one into this facility! ZERO STARS! YOU CAN'T POST REVIEW UNLESS YOU ENTER A STAR

From the moment my mom moved in, it was clear that this is a place where residents are truly valued and supported. She has lived there three years now and we still feel the same way. A special thank you to Robyn, the event planner, who goes above and beyond to create meaningful experiences for the residents. She consistently organizes creative projects and enjoyable outings each week, ensuring there is always something to look forward to. More importantly, she has a genuine gift for bringing people together, building friendships, encouraging participation and making everyone feel included. Manager Arron is equally dedicated and attentive. His presence is felt throughout the community, and it's evident that he truly cares about both the residents and staff. He fosters a warm, welcoming environment where concerns are addressed and relationships nurtured. The chef also deserves recognition for providing delicious, thoughtfully prepared meals that the residents enjoy. What stands out most is how involved the entire team is. They don't just work here, they form real relationships with the residents, creating a family like atmosphere.
